    Staying focused (专注) can help you complete studying for a test or your work an hour early. There are various practical steps to help you focus better.

You should take at least a 5-10 minute break for every hour of work, or a 3-5 minute break for every half an hour of work. Take breaks in a .place where you won't be troubled, so that you can relax your mind. Sometimes you can also look out of the window, take a short walk outside, or just walk up a few stairs. These short breaks will make you more energetic to return to your work.

People sometimes interact with us as if we are mind readers, especially in re-lationships. Your partner may expect you to understand their desires, which can be challenging. Just as you aren't a mind reader, others aren't either. You need to communicate your needs to other people, and they need to do the same with you. Share your needs with your loved ones and observe the positive changes. 

Avoid Negative People

You are known by the company you keep, and this is always true. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}. If surrounded by negative people that only bring others down, then you will always feel miserable. In order to be emotionally intelligent, you must have a good and supporting company by your side. Steer clear of people who emotionally manipulate others. 

Whenever you feel something like that, cut ties with them immediately.
