It's Friday afternoon. All the people at Bluesky Company(公司) are thinking about their plans for the weekend. Mike is going to work in his garden. Dale is going fishing in the countryside. Charlie and Tom want to play tennis. Jack is going hiking in the mountains. Kelly and her family are going for a picnic. And Ed wants to play football with his friends in the park. Unluckily(不幸地), they are going to be disappointed. The weather forecast says “It's going to rain heavily all weekend.”

    Yesterday was Saturday. I visited my aunt with my mother. She was from the USA and came to Beijing last week. She was very happy to see us. My mother said she was thin ten years ago, but now she is fatter. My aunt said I am taller and stronger now. We made a cake together. It was delicious. We were happy.

    Mike must get up before half past six on weekdays, but he cannot get up so early in the morning. He often gets up at a quarter or ten minutes to seven and forgets things before he goes to school. So he often buys school things in a shop on his way to school. The shop opens early in the morning. It opens at half past six every morning. It sells cheap things, but they are something not very good. Mike often says, “I'm not going to that shop. The things in the shop are not dear, but they aren't good enough.” But he cannot get up early and he cannot remember to put away his school things before going to bed and to take all the things in the school bag! He has to go to that shop often.

    Hi! My name is Lucy. There is an old woman near my home. My friends and I want to help her. We can help her to clean her house. And my mum often makes cakes for her. We take her to the park. We sing songs to her. We also help her on the road. We like to carry things for her. We always talk to her and make her happy. The old woman feels happy. And we feel happy, too.

It's a rainy day. A woman with a dog gets on a bus. It's a big dog and it's feet are not clean. The conductor doesn't want the dog to sit on the chair.
