Different people feel stressed in different ways. Some ways of dealing with stress don't solve much.{#blank#}1{#/blank#}other ways can lead you to {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (solve) your problem or at least feeling better.

    Try taking these four steps the next time you are stressed: Get support. When you need help, reach out to the people {#blank#}3{#/blank#} care about you. Talk to your parents or other {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (relative). And don't forget about your friends. They might have had similar problems. Don't take it out on yourself. Sometimes when kids are stressed and upset they take it out on {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (they). Oh, dear, that's not a good idea. Remember that there are always people to help you. Ask for a helping hand to get you through the tough situation. Try to solve the problem. After you're calm and you have support from adults and friends, it's time {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(get) down to business. You need to figure {#blank#}7{#/blank#} what the problem is. Even if you can't solve it all, you can solve a piece of it. Be positive. Remember stress{#blank#}8{#/blank#} (do) go away,{#blank#}9{#/blank#} (especial) when you start working on solving it.     One of my fondest {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(memory) as a child is going to the river and sitting on the bank. Always keep{#blank#}7{#/blank#} in mind that a measure of hope will take you through the unpleasant situation. With hope for a better tomorrow, things may not be as bad as they seem to be. The unpleasant situation may be much {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(easy) to deal with if the result is worth{#blank#}9{#/blank#}(have).

    The next time you are experiencing one of bad times or unhappy moments,{#blank#}10{#/blank#} take you close to your breaking point, bend but don't break!

    Bill Gates has said China is the best place for{#blank#}1{#/blank#}young to fulfill their ambitions to make the world a better place. In a lecture to Peking University students, he described the skepticism(怀疑论) in some developed countries about{#blank#}2{#/blank#} globalization works for ordinary people.     Few people would even think of beginning a new job at the age of 76, {#blank#}1{#/blank#} one of America's most famous artists did just that. Anna Mary Robertson, better known as "Grandma Moses"（摩西奶奶）, turned to painting {#blank#}2{#/blank#}she was too old to work on her farm. Grandma Moses was crazy about {#blank#}3{#/blank#} （paint） soon after she picked it up and worked hard at it. She painted {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(care) and her work were nice. She first painted only to please {#blank#}5{#/blank#}（her）, and then began to sell her works {#blank#}6{#/blank#} little money. In 1993, a collector（收藏家）,Louis  Caldor happened to see several of Grandma Moses' works hanging in a shop.

    Caldor held a show to introduce the works of Grandma Moses to other {#blank#}9{#/blank#}（artist）. Grandma Moses who was world-famous, died {#blank#}10{#/blank#}December 13, 1961, at the age of 101.
