    I'd like tell you something about your life in this boarding school. I stay in a dormitory with three other girls, all of them are kind and nice. We get on well to others and have become good friends. Living in a boarding school make me independent. I am confidence to take care of myself, wash the clothes, and clean the rooms, which I never did when at home. The classes here are very interesting and challenged. I'm still feeling a little dissatisfied with some other thing. The living conditions are not as good as it at home and the chance to get in touch with the outside world is limited. June 12, Sunday

    Today is Sunday. I didn't get up early as usually. In the morning after I finished my homework, I do some washing. Then I telephoned one of my classmate and invited him to see a film.

    And unfortunately, when we got to the cinema at 3:00 pm we found all the tickets had sold out. Then we went to our school and played the football. Later, we were about to go home while we saw our English teacher came through the school gate. He told us we had made many progress in English this term. He also suggested that we read more and wrote more. We promised him that we would follow his advice.

    Last weekend, our class went hiking. Early in the morning, we gathered at People's Square in the city center and then head for the South Mountain, which was 8 kilometers away. Our goal was to climbing to the top, from which we could enjoy a good view.

    It was an exhausted hike and the heats consumed all our energy. Therefore, when we finally reached to our destination, the view took our breath away. It was well wroth walking such long distance. Because I not only got relaxed by enjoying the beauty of nature but also learned the truth which our efforts will always pay off in the end.

    Laughter is the greatest medicine. It helps those that cannot work out become fit. First of all, laughing out loud helps improve your general fitness. This is why laughter strengthens the heart and the lung. Second, a good laugh can relax your muscles. As you laugh, the muscles participated in the laugh become active. After you laugh, these muscles start to relax. Also, laughter make us feel the sense of happiness. Experts say that the positive feelings produce by laughter not only make us happy but also help us to reduce pain.

The next time when you feel upset or disappointing, do not worry. Enjoying a funny comedy or reading some jokes will drive your negative feelings and make you feel much better.
