Anyone can do their job, but only a small percentage of the population can do their job well, wherever they go. The best way to show that you did your job well is from achievements.     Don't make your resume a moral statement. It's a marketing document. Think about when a company announced the launch of their product.     Focus on positives

Any training you do to become more effective at public speaking should always focus on the positive aspects of what you already do well. Nothing can hurt confidence more than being told that you aren't doing well.{#blank#}2{#/blank#} so good public speaking training should develop those instead of telling you what you shouldn't do.

If you find a public speaking course that looks as though it's going to give you lots of dos and don'ts, walk away! Your brain is so full of what you're going to be talking about.{#blank#}4{#/blank#} As far as we're concerned, there are basically no hard and fast rules about public speaking. Your audience can be your friends.

    You are a special person not a clone (克隆人)

Most importantly, good public speaking training should treat you as a special one, with your own personal habits.{#blank#}5{#/blank#}Your training course should help you bring out your personality, not try to turn you into someone you're not.

    Bullies come in all shapes and sizes. Over time, most of us have to deal with a bully or two. Bullying can threaten students' physical and emotional safety at school and can have a negative effect on their ability to learn. Here are some tips for you to avoid being bullied at school.

    Show smallest reaction to their bullying.{#blank#}1{#/blank#} So do not show the bullies that you feel hurt. Just walk away as if you didn't mind it. Reacting to them will only encourage them further.

    Feel your inner strength. Everyone has an inner strength to draw on; the problem with bullying is that many bullies try to make you feel that you have no this strength.{#blank#}2{#/blank#}In fact deep down you are stronger than they are.

    {#blank#}3{#/blank#}Bullies may be less likely to target a big group of friends. They tend to pick on people they consider as defenseless or powerless. If you're always surrounded by people, a bully may avoid bothering you.

    Stay within eyesight of an adult. If you stay within the eyesight of an adult, bullies will typically stay away.{#blank#}4{#/blank#}Therefore they avoid bullying others if a teacher or other adult is near. When at school, stay in areas where teachers and other adults are typically present

    {#blank#}5{#/blank#}Try a different way to school; if they can't find you, they can't bully you. Try your best to avoid them but don't show that you are avoiding them. They will usually read this as fear, and they will bully you more as a result.

    While some lucky people are born with the gift of artistic power, others have to study to become fluent in the language of art.{#blank#}1{#/blank#} If the artistic path is calling you, begin the journey with tiny steps and follow it. Here are some ways to show you how to become a true artist.

    Try a generous choice of differing forms of art. If you have never spent much time creating art, it may feel challenging to try to become an artist.{#blank#}2{#/blank#}They just need to express their creative ideas in a great way. If there is a specific type of art you would like to learn more about, go for it, but don't be afraid to branch out and try other forms as well. Some of the most basic forms of art include drawing, painting, sculpting, and photographing.

    Do your research and learn the basics.{#blank#}3{#/blank#} Learn as much as you can about the medium-read books and articles, watch educational videos, and research various methods and other artists.     Seasons in Australia are different from seasons in many other countries. Summers here go from December to February. Our winter is from June to August. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} . I don't have to wear shoes! We wear shorts and go to the sea every day. How nice it is!

    On a windy day, I can ride the waves on my surfboard.  {#blank#}4{#/blank#} .It is difficult, but very good exercise. My mum and dad often come and watch me surf. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} But there are always so many people on the beach. He can never get a good picture of me.

    I hope to be a great surfer one day. I will work hard and practice every day.
