    I have been feeling tired these days and often find hard to concentrate on my study. My teacher told me that it was the sign of anxiety. She advised me to read an article about reducing tension and improving brain efficient. I listened to her and found some useful ways in it. I began to form a habit of taking a nap for 15minutes at noon and try to spare 30 minutes a day to get move. A walk on the playground was beneficial. Besides, following the author's advices, I would play words with friends during class break, which made the brain refreshed and worked better. Having fun with friends is really a good way of becoming relaxed.

    Being tired may influence our mood though it has positive side. The brain can be the more creative. The author reminds what we should not fall asleep with brush in hand and we had better do something creative.

    Tina and I had been good friend for years. We often did things together, so one day Tina didn't talk to me and just sat by herself. I don't know what was wrong.     I liked cycling very much. At age of twelve, my father bought me a bike as a birthday gifts and taught me how to ride. Every time my father took him out for practice, my little brother would come along. One day, we were practicing while suddenly my brother screamed to help. When we rushed to him, we saw a snake wind around a frog tightly. I beg my father to save the frog. Immediate he picked it up a long stick, trying to drive the snake away.     A group of international students visited our school in last week. To help them better understand our tea-drinking culture, I take them to the tea room in our school but introduced the history of tea-making and tea culture to them. All the international students was quite interested in my introduction. Then I showed them what to make tea. I sat at a table, slowly explain every step of the process while making tea. All of them were so amazing that they couldn't wait have a try themselves. Soon the atmosphere in the tea room became cheerful and lively and we had a lot of funs practising making tea. In an end, we took a group photo to memorize this unforgettable moment.

    I always feel busy on my weekday. Apart from my regularly school hours, I still can use some time to do things I like. I spent most of my time doing homework. I have about one hour to do sports or take walk every day. Usually after meals, I surf the Internet or listen to music to relax ourselves. Sometimes I spend too many time watching Korean TV plays or playing computer games, that has wasted a lot of my time. Because I'm still young, so I should make better use in my time to gain more knowledge and skills. I believe I'll not feel regretful when I review that I have done in the future.
