    I have been feeling tired these days and often find hard to concentrate on my study. My teacher told me that it was the sign of anxiety. She advised me to read an article about reducing tension and improving brain efficient. I listened to her and found some useful ways in it. I began to form a habit of taking a nap for 15minutes at noon and try to spare 30 minutes a day to get move. A walk on the playground was beneficial. Besides, following the author's advices, I would play words with friends during class break, which made the brain refreshed and worked better. Having fun with friends is really a good way of becoming relaxed.

    Being tired may influence our mood though it has positive side. The brain can be the more creative. The author reminds what we should not fall asleep with brush in hand and we had better do something creative.

    Challenges of life remind me of my days in senior high school which I joined in the military training. It was the first time I have lived far away from my home, so I found difficult to fit in. And the trained officer was strict with me. I once think I could not stick to the end. And anyway, I succeeded. The trials made it much easy for me to adapt to life, and the difficulty I came across have now all become a precious memory in my life.     It is universal accepted that filial duty (孝道) is an important virtue in China. It means respecting and caring parents and the elderly. Take my parents for an example, after my grandma passed away last year, my parents spent much more time chat with my grandpa, going out for a walk with him and cooking him delicious food. At first，my grandpa seemed to be happy. And as time went by, he became uneasy, because he was not used to leading so a comfortable life. Therefore，my parents encouraged him to join in some activity in our community. They also encouraged her to go to a drawing class in a school for the old, which gave my grandpa a great sense of achievement. He becomes very happy again.

    My parents set a good example to me. In my opinion, the real filial duty is giving the old that they really need.

    Apologizing can be harder than realizing you've acted poor. To truly apologize to a friend, you had to be sincere and let your friend to know how much he means to you. It's easy said than done.
