    It was Sunday morning. The{#blank#}1{#/blank#} was fine. David and his friends didn't go to school. They {#blank#}2{#/blank#} fishing in a river.     There's not just one reason why kids can't fall asleep, though, so there's also more than one{#blank#}1{#/blank#}.

    If there's anything about your room that makes you feel {#blank#}2{#/blank#} at night, like a picture that looks strange in the dark, or a noisy tap that leaks drop after drop, be sure to ask one of your parents if it can be moved or fixed.

    It may not{#blank#}3{#/blank#} make sense why something bothers you, but if it's keeping you from sleeping, it should be changed. Another idea could be getting ready for bed earlier than usual.     Making friends is a skill. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} you make friends, you have to decide whom you want to be your friends. Most people like to have friends who like to do the {#blank#}2{#/blank#} kind of things as they do.

    The quickest way to make friends is to smile. When you smile, people think you are {#blank#}3{#/blank#} to them and easy to talk to. It may not be easy to smile at{#blank#}4{#/blank#}, but remember most people will stay away from an angry-looking face.

    To talk with {#blank#}5{#/blank#} is a good way to make friends. One easy way to start a talk with someone is to say {#blank#}6{#/blank#} nice about him. Think about how great you feel when someone says something nice to you. Doesn't it make you want to keep talking to {#blank#}7{#/blank#} person?

    Ask your new friends some questions about {#blank#}8{#/blank#}. Who are their favorite singers？Where do they live? What do they do after school?
