Jiaozi (Chinese dumplings), mainly with meats and vegetable fillings, is a traditional Chinese food, dated back to about 1,500 years ago. Approaches of cooking Chinese dumplings varies from place to place. There is no set rule as to which makes dumpling fillings. Whatever the fillings, the wrapping skill is essential to make jiaozi look attractively.
