    What can we prevent ourselves from getting low scores in exams? Here, one of our teacher gives us some useful suggestions.

    It's important to have a correct attitude toward exams, which purpose is to see how we're getting on with our study. So it is no need to worry about the results.

    Before exams, control our test anxiety by listening some light music. Besides, learning from the past-exam mistakes is also a effective way. While taking exams, we'd better plan your time careful. And then we should spare a few minutes to check that what we had done to avoid silly mistakes.

    Yesterday morning, I was surprising to hear that my best friend Allee has been hit by a car and was in hospital. The other day when he was going to cross a street, he was such careful that he didn't go until he saw the traffic light to turn green. But hardly had he got to the middle of the street while he saw a car suddenly appear on his right-hand side and come directly towards them. It was too late for Allee to escape. He was hit by the car or was thrown a few meters away. He was sent to the nearest hospital immediately and had operation. When I went to see him, he was out of dangers but still looked pale. I sincere hope he will recover and return to normal as soon as possible.

    Last month while I was walking in the street, the foreigner came towards me. She seemed to be losing. She asked me if I could help him.     I'm a huge book lover but like sharing my love for books! So I've been buying books frequent. Finishing reading one book, I often placed it in or around my school. In that case, some of my schoolmate can help themselves to a book. I especially like placing it on the only stone table in our school garden, in it students may have time to take up a rest.     One Sunday morning we go fishing on a lake. We took ours fishing poles and headed for the lake. As soon as we arrived, so we dropped the lines into the water. Before waiting for half an hour, I was beginning to get impatiently. I wanted to give up, and my grandfather told me to wait a little longer. Finally, there were a sudden pull at the pole and fish was caught. Within the next few minute, my grandfather also caught a fish. Felt hungry, we built a fire by the lake and barbecued the fish.     I am kind and generous. I am always ready to give hand to a stranger whenever possible.

    There are many reasons why helping others are good. Not only does it give us a great sense of satisfaction, but this satisfaction can result from a sense of belonging. I learnt this lesson by helping a total stranger out last Friday.

    I was riding a bike back home while I came across an old man lying in the middle of the street with a basket full of things beside me. See this, I quickly came to him and help him stand up. I was happy to see he was not serious injured. The old man was too grateful that he was moved to the tears.

    Helping others is really the easiest thing to make one happy!
