How to stay in a good mood

    It's typical to feel your mood starting to become bad. If you want to be able to stay in a good mood, then you have to form these habits that will keep you feeling happy.

    ⒈Don't take love for granted.

    If you're lucky enough to have a special someone, then you should make your time together meaningful. Make time to spend time with your special someone. Being around your loved one has been proven to make people happier.

    ⒉Get regular exercise.

    Regular exercise is one of the most important habits that you need to form  You can go running three times a week and walk the other four. Just make sure to be as active as you can every day.

    ⒊Spend time with your friends.

    Of course, don't always hang out with friends when you have a free moment. Make sure you do make time to see friends at least once or twice a week, if you can.

    ⒋Get enough sleep.

     One of the easiest ways to stay in a good mood is to be well-rested. Waking up feeling full of energy will make you feel much more ready to face the day and much more excited about everything ahead of you.

    If you want to stay in a good mood, then you have to make sure that you eat three healthy and diverse meals every day. Start off with a healthy breakfast, and don't skip this meal no matter what things happen. Have light snacks throughout the day, like yogurt or fruit, to keep you energetic.

Also when you write your goals in a particular way, you are able to make yourself continuously aware of situations that will bring you nearer to your goal.

    London has become a cycle-friendly zone after the launch of a new bike hire scheme.{#blank#}1{#/blank#}

   {#blank#}2{#/blank#}First you have to sign up to the scheme to be sent a key. The key will unlock one of the bikes, which are kept at docking stations in and around central London. You have to pay an access fee for the key and then you pay as you go, for the length of time you use the bike.

    Transport for London, which runs the scheme, are hoping to have 6,000 bikes and 400 docking stations in place by the end of the year. {#blank#}3{#/blank#}London Mayor Boris Johnston launched the scheme and said London has been “filled with thousands of gleaming (发光的) machines that will transform the look and feel of our street and become as commonplace on our roads as black cabs and red buses”.

{#blank#}4{#/blank#} On the first day some people found they couldn't dock their bike properly and their usage of the bike had not registered. Transport for London did admit they had been expecting a few “teething problems” and have said they would not charge for the first day as a “gesture of goodwill”. Some other people have criticized the lack of docking stations and locks for the bikes as well as the price it costs to hire the bicycles.

    Humans use electricity to light up the night sky. But did you know that nature itself can glow, too?

    While GleauX is working on glowing plants, the French company Glowee is trying to use glowing bacteria to light up shop windows and street signs. It is the same type of bacteria that causes certain sea animals to light up.

    “Our goal is to change the way we produce and use light,” said Glowee founder Sandra Rey. “We want to offer a global solution that will reduce the 19 percent of electricity consumption used to produce light.”

    China's General Administration of Press and Publication (GAPP) has issued a new Circular about Preventing the Teenagers from Online Game Addictions.

    The new measures specifically target youth online gaming. It bans users aged under 18 from playing online games between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} A maximum of three hours per day on weekends and public holidays.

    The government is also targeting the profitable parts of online micro transactions (微交易). Gamers aged between 8 and 16 will only be able to add up to RMB 200 ($29) per month into their account. Gamers between 16 and 18 years old will be able to top up a maximum of RMB 400($57).

    {#blank#}4{#/blank#} Regulators will be allowed to check the identity of users with the national database. Users will be required to register their accounts with their real name and phone number.
