    I want you to know that you remind me of myself in so many ways. You are like a better and Improved version(版本) of me. I look at you and I see myself. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}your eyes. I wish I had that confidence(信心) and even some of your bossiness(霸气) at that age. Yet, I'm also troubled on seeing this confidence {#blank#}2{#/blank#} disappearing, because you are {#blank#}3{#/blank#} many different things. I want you to know that your confidence is one of the{#blank#}4{#/blank#} things about you. All of us admire your confidence. However, you are{#blank#}5{#/blank#}confident enough these days, because you are beginning to dislike your own body.

    You are not fat. I agree that you could be a little healthier. You could eat a little less junk food. However, I don't know when you'll begin to enjoy fruits, but I believe that you will.

    I think one of the moments of{#blank#}6{#/blank#}for me was when you were born, and the doctor said, "Congratulations, you have another baby boy," not because you were a boy but because you were healthy.

    You're too young to understand this {#blank#}7{#/blank#} no one realizes the importance of a normal life {#blank#}8{#/blank#}it is away from them. What I{#blank#}9{#/blank#} for you is happiness: the understanding that you are not perfect and that it is okay because none of us is!

    At different times in a man's life the food has different effects(影响) on his body.

    Among children {#blank#}1{#/blank#} is quickly changed to the power to run and play games. Most of a young man's food is spent on growing {#blank#}2{#/blank#}. We grow upwards only during the first twenty years of our lives, not later. Working men get their strong bodies from their food; and if they work {#blank#}3{#/blank#}, they do not get fat. Office workers eat well and {#blank#}4{#/blank#} down a lot, and may begin to grow fat when still quite young. Many older people try to work much and walk often. Perhaps the most difficult time is when a man reaches sixty years of age. His body and mind {#blank#}5{#/blank#} rested, without much work or interest. That is when food changes quickly to fat.

    Mr. Smith lived in the country, but he worked in an office in a big city. So he went to work {#blank#}1{#/blank#} train every morning and came home in the same way.

    One morning he was {#blank#}2{#/blank#} his newspaper silently on the train when {#blank#}3{#/blank#}man sitting behind him, who Mr. Smith had never met before, leaned (倾斜) forward, tapped (拍打) him on the shoulder and spoke to {#blank#}4{#/blank#}. The man said," You're leading a very interesting life. You get on the same {#blank#}5{#/blank#}at the station at the same time every morning, and you always sit in the same seat and read the same newspaper. Life is always the {#blank#}6{#/blank#} to you.

    Mr. Smith put his paper {#blank#}7{#/blank#}, turned around, and said to the man, "Who are you? {#blank#}8{#/blank#} do you know all these things about me?"

    "{#blank#}9{#/blank#} I'm always sitting in this seat behind you," the man answered." This morning, I thought it would be good to {#blank#}10{#/blank#} hello."
