I couldn't believe my ears when I heard my name calling. I was chosen to play the leading role in a play, that was my dream. As a shy and thin girl, I used to being quite afraid of speaking in the public. But my parents and teachers always encouraged me to do so. What they said had a deep influence of me. By now I changed greatly. In class, I am often the first one to stand up and answer questions even if I may take some mistakes. Now I am delightful that I'm brave enough to overcome the difficulty in my heart. My experience shows that we should not be afraid of losing face but only in this way can we make progresses.

    “White pollution” was becoming g more and more serious. It is causing by plastic bags. In China about three billion plastic bags are used every a day, that results in a great waste of resources and heavy environmental pollution. Luckily, the government had forbidden people to using free plastic bags. The government demands all supermarkets should not provide customers to free plastic bags. This will undoubted reduce the use of plastic bags. But people should turn to cloth bags and baskets from now on. As students, we must try our best to use plastic bags again in order to keep “white pollution” off us campus.

    I used to think cooperating waste of time, but one thing changes my mind. One day the scientific teacher asked us to do some researches and handed in the conclusion. That took me lots of time to do the research but I still couldn't finished it. So I tried to cooperate with others. We shared our researches and then made the completely conclusion soon.

    So I think cooperating not only saves our times, but also helps us to promote the communication with others. Although in the world today very few things can be successfully done by just one person, cooperating can benefit from both or all sides.

    Hi, Tom! Very glad to learn that you're interested in many kinds of sports activity. Since sports are important for students' health, our school builds a large playground and a gym which there are all kinds of sports equipment. They do morning exercises every day and take P.E. classes every week. What's more, we play a variety sports after class. Most of us enjoy playing the basketball, volleyball and table tennis. As for me, play football is my favourite. I was a member of the school football team and we practise it a lot regular. I do hope you like it, either, and we can play it together some day later.

    It is almost five years since I begin to learn English. I'm glad to say I'm getting along good with it. But first I came across a lot of difficulties. When I almost lost heart, the teacher told me, "Keeping on, and you'll do well." I was greatly encouraged. I started working hard at English. Under the help of him and my classmates, I've made a great progress. I am very pleasing and I'll work even hard in future.
