    When Li Ming was a primary school student,he had to wearing glasses.Now he is becoming more and more near-sighted.The more he reads,the thick his glasses become.As far as I know it,more and more students have poor eyesight in China.

    As we know, mental health links to our happiness index. However, it's vital to keep our mental health. Here are some advice on how to do it.

    Firstly, accept yourself true. Knowing your own potentials and making practical goal instead of setting high expectations can keep yourself away from heavy burden, thus enjoy good mental health. Secondly, be friendly and sociable. Life with friends is miserable. So make friends. It's their comfort and support which help you go through hardship in life. Lastly, commit yourself to your career. Your efforts bring you a sense of achievement, which will in turn ensure your happiness.

    In a brief, it pays to focus our attention on our mental health. The more, the best!

    When I was at secondary school，I often played the football with my friends on the playground. We used to taking these games very serious，because we didn't know whether the sports teacher was watching. Maybe one of us would get pick for the school team! Then one day it happens. After a sports lesson the teacher asked me I wanted to play for the team the following Saturdays. He wasn't promising that I would play and he said I would certainly be a substitute. He felt so proud and exciting. I actually played that Saturday and soon got a regular place in the team.

    I was used to be a healthy girl, but more than two years ago, I get into the habit of eating a lot of junk food and snacks. In addition, I spent a lot of time lay on the sofa, watching TV, and doing little exercise. As a result, I put on such much weight that I found difficult to climb the stairs. So I decided to change my unhealthy life style. I began to have a balancing and healthy diet. I also took part in various sports activity such as swimming, skating, running or playing basketball.
