    Last Friday, Just before the 66^th National Day holiday, I conducted interview with James Watson, a famous American scientist, talk about how to become a successful scientist. On his opinion, to be a scientist, we needed to be very fond of science. What's most, we have to keep practicing as well as learn from other successful scientist. If we want to be a successful one, besides hard-working, we are supposing to set up for a clear goal as well. James Watson also suggest that every child who is curiously about science should make your effort to realize the dream of becoming a scientist.

    Today we visited a farm. Early in the morning we will set off together from the school gate. The farm workers gave we a warm welcome. Then the head of the farm showed us up. What glad we were to see the crops and vegetables growing good. At noon we had a picnic lunch in the sunshine. After short rest, we had great fun sing and dancing, telling jokes and stories. Two of us even play a game of chess. Therefore, the time passed quickly and we had to say goodbye to the worker.

    Mistakes are unavoidable in life. But attitudes towards it may make a difference.

    I still remember how my spoken English was improved. In a beginning, I always kept silent in our oral class to avoid make mistakes. Before long my teacher got to know about my situation. He encouraged me to speak out that I thought. Whenever I made mistakes and felt discouraging, my teacher and my classmates would help me figure out how I must have avoided them. I also joined in an English club to get more chances to speak. Practice made perfect. Now I can talk fluent in English.

    Just as the saying goes, “Every bean has its black.” Don't afraid of making mistakes. Learn from mistakes, and success is just waiting for us.

    Is it necessary to practice handwriting? Some students consider handwriting least important than before. They preferred the keyboard to the pen now, for the former is fast, convenient and clear. They think it is waste of time practicing handwriting. However, others think Chinese handwriting is an important part of our traditional culture.

    Though computers are very convenient, but handwriting still plays an important role in the modern world. Beside, beautiful handwriting makes a good impression in others. It shows your attitude to do things. Chinese character are very beautiful and rich in culture. As for me, when reading a neat written article, you will feel pleased and relaxed.

    Yesterday evening I went to the supermarket. When I was about to enter I see an old lady of deformed(畸形的) hands calling me. At the first, I got afraid but then I decided to go ahead and find out that she wanted. She asked me for some money. She said I hadn't eaten anything since that morning. I gave her some money and she happy went to a food stand and had her food. It made me realize we went shopping without think twice then forget all about it in a few day. However, there are people don't even have money to get a meal. I hope to spreading kindness to those in need in any way possible.
