Geography also plays a part in make dialects. Some people which live in the mountains of the eastern USA speak with an older kind of English dialects. When Americans move from one place to another, they took their dialects with them. Although many Americans move a lot of, they still recognize and understand each other's dialects.

    Patience is of great importance in our daily life. Once I waited a bus to come at a stop. Thirty minutes past, but no bus came. Both upset and annoyed, I decided to walk on feet. But no sooner had I left when the bus arrived. I thought if I had waited for one more minute, I would have caught it. If I chose to take a next bus, I would have to wait for other 30 minutes.     As everyone knows, parents are concerned about their kids, so do my parents. They often get nervous when I'm about take an important test, which in turns adds to my anxiety. Now I have decided to discuss over the problem with them. I'll tell them I have set a goal for myself and I will try to achieve them. When my parents are convincing I'll be responsible for that I should do, they surely won't feel worried any more. If you face the same problem, why not talking to your parents face on face? Notice

    Our school will hold a English knowledge competition, focus on American history and culture.
