    I'd like to share with you my progresses in study in these three years.To be,honest,I was not so good at my study when I came to high school,often feel tired out and at Loss.Sometimes,I am even on the point of giving up.Therefore, my change happened when my teachers and my classmates as well as came to encourage me one day in Senior Two. It was their encouragement and my own thinking which resulted in my achievements in study finally.

    Still not excellent although I am now,I have found myself filled with greatly confidence to face any difficulty and challenge.It is no doubt that I am bound to fight for my dream to the end-n the coming months!

    The summer job is very much popular among some university students. Long before the summer vacation begins, many a student start their summer job search. They send letters to businesses, going to job interviews, and ask our friends and relations for help. By June the students usually had found jobs and then they begin preparing enter the world of work.

    Reasons for wanting a summer job differs from student to student. Some students work to pay their school expenses; some work to gain experience or just to fun. Salesmen or waiters are two of the most common job that students try to find.

    Yesterday I met a young student, that came from the USA, in the Palace Museum. It was first time that I had met a foreigner, so I went to greet her in English. He told me that he was a college student travel in China and he liked China very much. I volunteered to show him around to the museum. He was impressed by the Chinese buildings and busy taking photo all the time. He said he hadn't seen so beautiful buildings before. After that, we go boating on a lake but had good time together. I was very glad to have the chance to improve my speaking English.

    On a storm night, I was alone at home. After finishing my homework, I was about to go to bed. All of sudden, the light went out. Meanwhile, there was a flash of lightning following by thunderstorms. I was so terrified that I ran to my bed but hid me under the blanket. To make matters bad, my parents went to hospital to accompany with my sick grandfather. I felt too frightened because my mind was full of scary thoughts. After some time passed, I fall asleep at last. At breakfast I told my parents that I had seen last night. My parents were also frightened and they promised that they would ever leave me at home alone.
