My name is Harry Tan and I'm a member of the Hospital Volunteer Club. There are many sick children at the hospital. They need your help. Sick children often have much stress and feel lonely. You can cheer them up just by walking around with them. You don't have to stay very long. Even an hour is OK. 

You can bring gifts, but you don't have to bring one for each child because they're good at sharing. You can't bring food to them, because some food might be bad for them. 

Volunteering at the hospital is also good for your own development. At first, you may not find proper topics (话题)to talk with the children. Don't worry. You can get to know what they are interested in quickly, and then find something funny to talk with them. It can really improve your communication skills.

I'm Sue. There are many rules in my family. I can't go back home late. I must do a lot of reading and sports. My parents think they are good for me. I must get up at 6:00 every morning and do my homework immediately(立刻)after school. After finishing my homework, I must read books for thirty minutes. I can't watch TV or play computer games on school nights. On weekends, I must clean my room and wash my clothes. The rules are strict, but I think they can help me. 

When you open a map on your phone, you might think it is guided by the Global Positioning System (GPS) without giving it a second thought. However, today, most of the online maps in China uses the Beidou Navigation Satellite System(BDS，北斗卫星导航系统).

China started to build the BDS 30 years ago. Back in 1978, the US already started providing navigation services with its GPS. However, depending on a navigation system from another country is not safe.

In 2020, after over 20 years of hard work, Beidou completed its global network. The BDS became the fourth global navigation system after the GPS of the United States, Galileo of the European Union and GLONASS of Russia.

The BDS is the first navigation satellite system to provide a global short message communication service. It means you can text others in places without phone signal or internet. For example, in February 2023, a hiker got lost in heavy snow in Inner Mongolia. He sent a text message using the BDS-powered chip in his phone and got saved in time.

Besides, the Beidou system plays an important role in disaster prevention and response(灾害预防和响应). Rescuers(救援人员) can communicate through the BDS quickly and clearly.

No matter where you are in the world, the BDS can help guide your way. By 2023, it had provided service for over 120 countries. "By 2035, China will build a positioning, navigation and timing system with the BDS at its main aim to provide more smart services," Ran Chengqi, director of the China Satellite Navigation Office, said at a news meeting in 2018.

I'm Tony.From a young age，I began to love skiing.I have skied since I was eight or nine years old.But once in the USA I was close to death.

It was April 1st，2011.I skied in the Tetons with my friends Jeremy and Xavier.While I was skiing，they were watching me in a safe area，and then covered me.It was so heavy that I couldn't move.And then it pushed me forward again.

I looked down into the bottom of the valley（山谷）. "OK，I'm going all the way to the bottom!" I thought.Then the snow pushed me again down the mountains.I thought the snow would destroy me.But in the end

It took Jeremy and Xavier about 20 minutes to find me.They couldn't believe it when they saw me.I was so lucky.

Has the experience changed me？Do I think about life differently？I don't know，but I do know that it's important to live your life seriously.Life is a gift，so use it wisely.

On May 24, 2021, 46-year-old Wang Hong reached the top of Qomolangma, which made him the first blind person from Asia to climb the world's highest mountain. Erik Weihenmayer and Andy Holzer made it in 2001 and 2017. They are the only three blind mountaineers to have climbed Qomolangma. Born in Chongqing, Wang became blind at the age of 26 due to glaucoma (青光眼). 

Both his father and uncle lost their sight because of the same disease, so Wang knew exactly what life would be like for blind people from an early age. He lived his life without goals. Luckily, he was saved by his wife. "I felt so hopeless then. But my wife was always there and encouraged me. Without her by my side, I couldn't have pulled myself together, " Wang recalled. Later, Wang became a blind masseur (按摩师). 

In 2015, by accident, he heard of the blind American mountaineer Weihenmayer, who climbed Qomolangma.     ★        . He then started to climb the mountains together with his guide. With the help of his guide, he did a lot of training, including rock climbing and walking on snow and ice. 

Wang also met many other mountaineers from all over the world. They all encouraged him even though they spoke different languages. Wang could feel their warmth through hugs or pats on his shoulder. Wang said the climbing of Qomolangma taught him many things, including how to trust people. 

"I can't see the world, but I want the world to see me." Wang said, "I've got so much energy from my family and these climbers. Now I'd like to share that energy with others and encourage other disabled people. "

 One of the favorite classes for Cheng Ning is the weekly information technology class. There she gets to experience painting and playing word games with AI robots. Cheng Ning and her classmates are from East China's Zhejiang Province. The province is one of the leaders to bring AI into classes of schools in China. Students have more chances to learn AI courses(课程).

 To deepen the connection between AI and education, Zhejiang provides AI courses in primary and middle schools. It hopes to help students have a good foundation(基础) for their future studies.

 Many cities in Zhejiang are connecting AI with education. In 2022, Hangzhou introduced an AI education platform (平台) from Tencent. Students can experience AI in class. For example, students can control AI robots as engineers on"Mars" to finish special tasks in the robot project.

 Also, in Wenzhou, another city in Zhejiang, many schools have offered at least one AI course. Since 2023, Wenzhou has developed 700 AI education experimental schools. Most schools in Wenzhou have had a complete AI education teacher team. By the end of 2025, there will be 300 more experimental schools in Wenzhou.

AI courses will become more popular in primary and middle schools, and AI labs will be fully covered in every school in these cities and even across the province.
