Drinking Kungfu Tea is one of the most famous customs in Chaoshan area. In Chaoshan, {#blank#}1{#/blank#}family has tea sets. Tea must be {#blank#}2{#/blank#}several times a day. Chaoshan people can not be without tea for a day, so the {#blank#}3{#/blank#}hing Chaoshan people usually treat guests is to make tea.

Kungfu Tea is not a kind of tea. It's a {#blank#}4{#/blank#}to make tea. The reason why it is called Kungfu Tea is because it is made in a very particular way. The word "Kungfu" in Chaoshan dialect means to pay {#blank#}5{#/blank#}to the way of doing things. Here it refers {#blank#}6{#/blank#}he way of cooking and tasting tea. Chaoshan Kungfu Tea has become {#blank#}7{#/blank#}mportant part of the study of Chaoshan culture. I'm Kevin, a student of Grade 9. Most of my friends walk to school, but I like to ride my bike each day. I wake up at 7:00. After I wash my face and eat breakfast, I throw the schoolbag on my back. Do I have my books and homework? Yes, I do.

I take my bike, jump onto it and ride to school at 7:30. "See you later, Mum," I say.

We know exercise is important(重要的) in our life. Everyone needs to exercise. Doctors say doing sports is good for us. Sports can make our body strong. It's also very useful for children. If children often do sports, they can be stronger and taller.

There are easy ways to exercise. You can walk, run or only jump. When you do exercise, you need to know what you are doing. Don't do sports too much at a time. Try all kinds of sports and look for one, two or even three sports you like. You can also exercise at the gym(健身房). Exercise can be fun. It can make you happy. Friends can exercise together at a gym or they can do sports together at any place they like. 

As you can see, you can try different ways to do exercise. Just do it!
