Since 2011, the Shanghai Peking Opera Company has held two seasons of "Youth Runway", a long-term opera development project hoping to find young opera talents (天才). 118 young performers have successfully showed 200 plays and classical (经典的) pieces. Most of them were born between 1995 and 2000, making them the company's newest p{#blank#}1{#/blank#}. They will show both classical and new plays in many different styles (风格).

"The Butterfly Lovers", one of the plays this spring, is changed from a s{#blank#}2{#/blank#} love story between a young poor man, Liang Shanbo, and Zhu Yingtai, the daughter of a rich family. They return as butterflies after their death (死亡). Another one, "Twelve Roles", which was shown in the summer, largely gets its i{#blank#}3{#/blank#} from an American film "12 Angry Men". Yueju opera, which developed around 1906 in Shengzhou, Zhejiang Province, is one of China's most famous operas. In the o{#blank#}4{#/blank#} days, people loved it because of its styles of singing and melodies (旋律) . Now, it is getting a new life. The performing season for young performers is held in its fifth year and has its own characteristic. Moreover, the project worked with BesTV to c{#blank#}5{#/blank#} a Yueju opera short video series (系列) about the 24 solar terms (节气) of the traditional Chinese calendar.

Every year, the China Shanghai International Arts Festival p{#blank#}6{#/blank#} chances for traditional opera performers like Yueju talents to perform. Many traditional opera performers have got fans among students and young performers in recent (最近的) years by showing how they prepare for a concert (演唱会) and behind-the- scenes stories with mobile apps on video websites.

They t{#blank#}7{#/blank#} many ways to make traditional art forms attractive (有吸引力的) to today's youth, including (包括) the creation of short opera films and the use of popular melodies. "We believe that Xiqu (traditional opera) like Yueju can attract today's young people because it can be mixed with different art forms," says Chen Daming, a theater critic.

We know the English word "housewife"(家庭主妇) means a woman, that is her main job is to take care of her family. But do you know there is {#blank#}1{#/blank#} word "house husband" in English? A house husband is a man, he doesn't go to work and {#blank#}2{#/blank#} at home, while his wife goes to work and earns(赚) money. Today in the US and Canada, people often{#blank#}3{#/blank#}. the word "homemaker" instead of the two words.

In the past , most homemakers were {#blank#}4{#/blank#} , they did all the housework such as cooking meals cleaning rooms and looking after children. But now things arc {#blank#}5{#/blank#}. More and more men are sharing family {#blank#}6{#/blank#} with their partners. A new American study shows that many fathers would like to spend more time with {#blank#}7{#/blank#} family and do more housework for the family. Many fathers think they are not as {#blank#}8{#/blank#} as their partners at looking after their children, but they hope they can help do other chores, such as {#blank#}9{#/blank#} and household repairs, to show their love and support(支持)。People say the {#blank#}10{#/blank#} "family" means "Father and Mother, I love you".

Too many people want others to be their friends, but they don't give friendship back. That is why some friendships don't last（持续）very long. To have a friend, you must learn to treat your friend the way you want your friend to treat(对待) you. Learning to be a good friend means learning three rules: be honest; be generous; be understanding. 

Honesty helps start a good friendship. Friends must be able to trust（信任）each other. If you don't tell the truth, people usually find out. If a friend finds out that you are not honest, you may lose your friend's trust. Good friends should always speak and act honestly. 

Generosity means sharing and sharing makes a friendship grow. You don't have to give your lunch money, your clothes, or your hobbies. Naturally you will want to share your ideas and feelings. They tell your friend what is important to you. By sharing them, you help your friend know you better. 

Sooner or later everyone needs understanding and help with a problem. Something may go wrong at school. Talking about the problem can make it easier to solve. Turning to a friend can be a first step in solving the problem. So to be a friend you must listen and understand. You must try to put yourself in your friend's place so you can understand the problem better. 

No two friendships are ever exactly alike. But all true friendships have three things in common. If you plan to keep your friendships, you must practice honesty, generosity and understanding. 

 Brainstorming is the practice of coming up with ideas or solutions. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} But we do have some rules to follow for successful brainstorming.

Focus on quantity over quality(质量). When it comes to brainstorming, the more ideas, the better. Don't worry about the quality of your ideas for now. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} Remember that your goal is to come up with as many ideas as possible. Even if none of them are perfect, you' ll still have many creative ideas to use for your final plan.

 Encourage big or unusual ideas. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} Unusual ideas may not be immediately practical, but creating those ideas gives your brain training. It can also help to produce creative solutions that are hard to come up with.

{#blank#}4{#/blank#}  Don't say no to the ideas of others. You can put together the best parts of different ideas to create new, even better ones. Even if you' re not brainstorming as a group, you should still think about sharing your ideas with others and asking them for their advice.

 You don't have to regard yourself as a very creative person to come up with excellent ideas and solutions at once. Brainstorming can help unlock ideas. Even if you don't find the perfect solution, just practicing it can help to improve your creativity. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}

With the "double reduction" policy ("双减"政策) coming out, students start a new school life.
