① Man has known more and more about space today. Space is not only wonderful but also dangerous. While working in space, astronauts are facing danger. 

② Scientists have found out that radiation (辐射) is the greatest danger to astronauts in space. When astronauts are working in space, they are in danger of radiation from the sun and other stars, which is bad for their health. The damage of radiation is difficult to discover until their children or even grandchildren are born. Some special medicine may work a little, but there isn't really helpful medicine. 

③ Space rubbish is also a great danger to astronauts. There are 9000 man-made (人造) things flying in space. About 30% of these are man-made satellites (卫星), 10% are spaceships, and others are space rubbish. Even a small piece of these knocked against a spaceship window and did some damage. Scientists are watching and telling any possible danger all the time. They are working on helpful ways to do with space rubbish. 

④ Although space is really dangerous, everyone on the earth is interested in it. In the near future, it may become usual for people to spend a few days in a space hotel. We may even choose to leave the earth and live in space for a few years. So we should care for space and do something to help improve the space environment.

Many people like to travel by plane(飞机), but I don't like it because the airport is {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(usual)far from the center of the city. You have to get there early and wait for hours for {#blank#}2{#/blank#}plane to take in and it is often late. You can't open the {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(window). You can't choose(选择) the food. 

I like traveling {#blank#}4{#/blank#}train. I think trains are safe(安全的). Railway stations are usually in cities. When you {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(be)late for a train, you can catch another one. You can. {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(walk) around in the train and open the windows. You can see many interesting things on your way. I know it {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(take)a little more time. 

I also like cars. You can start{#blank#}8{#/blank#}(you)journey(旅程) when you want to, and you don't need to get to a railway station {#blank#}9{#/blank#}a bus stop. Also you can carry many {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(thing)with you in a car. But sometimes there are too many cars on the road. 

There are so many ways to exercise, both alone and with friends. Team sports are one of the best ways, and there are so many of them to try! You can join a usual sport like football, and You can also take part in an unusual sport like walking basketball. 

When you join a team sport, you commit to practices and games. This means you will keep exercising because you have made a promise to the team to show up and play. And there will also be some rules you must follow. If you don't follow them, you will be out of the team. 

Team sports develop healthy competition. You can't always win, but you can certainly try your best to win! When you don't quite make it, make sure you show good sportsmanship to other players or teams when you win. And don't be sad if you lose. Just practice and try again, and there are always more chances. 

Team sports are also a lot more fun than doing something alone. You can make a lot of friends. When you join a sport team, it's certain that you will know more people. You can also learn a lot about games and other people. 

However, if you just want to exercise quietly, running and swimming are good choices. 

Hello. I'm David. I'm a student in Class 1, Grade 7. It's Friday today. I have six classes and I'm not very busy. The first class is Chinese. It's from 8：00 a. m. to 8：45 a. m. It's a little difficult for me, but I try my best to learn it well. I think it's a good way for me to learn more about China. At 8：55 a. m. , I have history. Some of my classmates think it's boring, but I think it's very interesting. Because I can know much about China in the past. Then I have English, it's easy for me. And the English teacher Mr. White is very kind. The last class in the morning is music. It's great fun! My classmates and I all like it because it's really relaxing. 

We have lunch at 12：00. After that, we have a rest （休息）for about an hour. We start the afternoon classes at 1：30 p. m. The first class in the afternoon is geography. It's my favorite subject because it's very useful. The last class is P. E. , and it finishes at 3：10 p. m. Then I have free time to do sports or play games with my classmates. 

I like Friday because I can go home and spend the happy weekends with my family.
