When you study, the first thing to consider is whether you understand the information, and the second is how you will remember it. Some of you perhaps think you know all about that, right? After all (毕竟), you've been studying for years. The advice is for all of you.
First of all, have a plan. You can make a plan for a week or for a longer time. If you're studying for an important exam, you should make a long-term plan.If it doesn't, change your plan in time.
Next, think about your environment. Make sure the place for studying is comfortable with enough light and fresh air, not too hot or too cold. If you think you do it better with music, you can put some music on and see if it's true. But for other people, it can make it harder to concentrate (集中注意力).
Third, take breaks while studying. You can plan your study time in periods (时间段) with breaks in between. Some experts advise you to take a 10-minute break after 30 minutes of studying.During your short break, you can treat yourself to something like green tea, but I wouldn't suggest chocolate because sugar can make it harder to concentrate.
Finally, think about what you do when you're studying. If that works for you, then great! However, I suggest writing notes while studying because it helps your mind process the information better!
A. But there's always something else for your improvement.
B. Some people work better with music playing.
C. And you need to check if it works from time to time.
D. Some people just read through their books and mark important parts with a pencil.
E. If you study for too long without a break, your mind won't work as well as before.
F. But do you have to take breaks?

I have always been interested in the animal world. Recently, I read a book about animals called A Lion's Travelling. Chinese writer Shen Shixi wrote it.
The book tells the story of five lions. After they are made to leave their home, one is hurt by a giraffe. Another is killed by a hunter. The third one dies during a fight for water. The fourth lion dies in the river. Only the youngest one, named Red Ribbon, is still alive. After going through many difficulties, he finally becomes the lion king.
The story shows the love and care between friends, the life and death faced by brothers, the determination (决心) to deal with challenges. The fact that the young lion finally becomes the king teaches me a great lesson: Those experiences of going through difficulties will make us stronger. Everyone will face lots of difficulties during their lifetime. We should learn to stay strong and keep finding our better selves.
The book is full of something exciting about the life of lions. Together with lovely pictures, it gives readers a wonderful experience. If you want to read the great story and learn a lot about the animals in the real world, choose it!
