The world is divided(分割)into two important parts. One half of the world is rich and1half is poor. In the poor, part, a lot of people never get2. In the rich part, a lot of people eat too much. In one part, children are hungry and in the other, a lot of people are fatter and fatter and have to go on diets or3some exercises in order to lose weight.

The poor countries have some difficult problems. Sometimes the land(大地)is too poor4. The land can be got or made5, but a lot of things must be done at first. The people must be6and water must be found.

But rich countries have problems, too. Sometimes the air is too dirty to breathe and the rivers are too dirty to swim in or to7. The roads and streets8people and buses. Noise is terrible. A lot of people do not have houses to live in. Some things will have to be done about these problems. The air and the rivers must be9, and more houses will have10. But these can't be done easily.

Three years ago, a story happened in Japan. At that time Mike and Ben were taking a holiday on the beach. The two good friends had a fight. Mike hit Ben on the face. Ben was hurt but he said nothing. He only wrote in the sand, "Today my best friend hit me on the face."

After that, they took a taxi back to their hotel. After dinner, Ben started to read in bed. Mike went for a walk in the park near the hotel. Suddenly, an earthquake happened. The small hotel fell down and Ben was under the hotel. Mike saved him. After Ben was out of danger, he wrote on a stone, "Today my best friend saved my life."

Mike asked him, "After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now you write on a stone. Why?" Ben answered, "When someone hurts us, we should write it down in the sand, and then the wind can blow it away. When someone helps us, we must carve (雕刻) it in the stone, then the wind can't blow it away."

 Do you think artificial intelligence （AI） should be used in schools？Experts believe that AI tools should be safely and properly used in schools rather than be banned （禁止）. 

Zheng Qinghua，president of Tongji University，suggested that young people should be guided to improve their understanding of the knowledge created by technology. AI technology has become increasingly important for getting and spreading knowledge，and it also influences teaching，learning and school management，Zheng mentioned many models such as Ernie Bot，an AI chatbot product of Baidu，were widely used among college students in China. The tool can write articles，solve science problems，and help students with homework and tests. 

Besides，a survey done by the online learning platform Study showed that 89 percent of students had used ChatGPT to help with homework. This made people worry about the bad influence of AI on education. For example，students may not be honest. Instead of simply depending on AI to provide answers or complete homework and tests，people should focus on using AI to help students improve professional skills. In this way，they can better solve real﹣world problems，said Zheng. 

According to Colin Bailey，president of Queen Mary University of London，as ChatGPT grows rapidly，the focus should not be on whether to use AI in education，but on how to use it safely，effectively，and properly. Banning AI in schools is not the solution. Bailey also warned about harm caused by poorly designed （设计的） AI. 

Efforts to manage AI have come out around the world. In China，some rules for managing AI services have been carried out. America and England also have had similar rules. 

I used to be a shy girl. But this term, I decided to do a thing bravely. 

When our teacher asked who would like to be the physics monitor(物理课代表)，I1 my hand and got the role. But it was not as easy as I thought.
