Hong Kong has forty public beaches(海滩). Some of the beaches are among the best in the world. People can go there for a swim. You can go to most of them by bus. To go to some beaches you must take a boat. There are toilets, changing rooms and places to buy food and drink on most of the beaches.

You will swim there without danger if you remember these instructions(提示):

1.Never swim alone. 

2. Never swim after a meal or when you feel hungry or tired. 

3. Do not stay in the water too long. 

4. Never go out in a boat if you cannot swim.

Niu Niu, a six-year-old girl, has become a good helper in a silent foot spa (足疗馆). The owner of the foot spa and all of the workers can't hear. And the girl helps them to communicate with the customers. 

Niu Niu is the daughter of the foot spa owner Hu Yong, who lost his hearing because of a high fever in his childhood. This made it difficult for him to get a job. After finishing training in a foot spa, Hu started his own business in Chengdu in 2019. Peng Feng, the mother, who is also deaf, works together with her husband at the shop. 

Though their shop is small, it is popular with customers because of the couple's good skills. The foot spa is usually busy in the evening, when Niu Niu comes home from school and helps her parents. Niu Niu helps her parents in her sweet child voice and with rich body language. She is very funny and always makes customers laugh happily. 

"She is always cheerful, active and outgoing," said one of the customers. 

"Dad taught me to work hard," Niu Niu said. In her opinion, her parents are like superheroes who look after the family and her. "My parents are different from other people, but they are the best for me," she added.

Health is important. To be an astronaut, you need to be very healthy. Good eyesight, a strong heart and lungs are important. You'd better not have other small problems. For example, a decayed tooth (龋齿) could get worse in space and bring trouble to astronauts. You can't have scars (伤疤) either. They may split (裂开) in space.

Become stronger with hard training. In China, you must be a great pilot before you can be an astronaut. You must fly more than 600 hours without accidents. You'll start training when you become backup (预备的) astronaut. It's very difficult. For example, you need to build your muscles as strong as professional athletes by running, swimming and doing pull-ups. You will also wear a 200-kilogram suit and so tasks underwater for six or seven hours without eating or going to the toilet. This is like doing tasks during a spacewalk.

Learn science. Knowledge is important as well. Astronauts take 60 courses to get ready for a mission, including math, English, spacecraft design, physics and so on. So they will know what to do when emergencies (紧急情况) happen during the mission.

How long will the astronauts stay in space this time?

 Billy always loved blueberries. They were his favorite fruit. Today he was going to make juice with his uncle. His uncle liked to make juice out of everything. He made carrot juice, apple juice, vegetable juice, and more juices. He had never made blueberry juice before though!

 First, Billy and his uncle went to a blueberry farm. They were each given a basket. They picked for an hour and got several pounds. It was hard work picking the little berries from the trees. Now Billy understood why they were expensive in the store. 

 Next, they had to wash the fruit. Some of them still had leaves. Those had to be pulled off. Then the bad berries had to be thrown away. They washed the berries and made them air-dry. 

 After that, they pushed the blueberries through a strainer (过滤器). The strainer caught most of the seeds and skins, and only left a small glass of dark purple juice to them. 

 When they tasted the juice, it wasn't very sweet. Billy's uncle didn't want to add white sugar (糖) to the juice. It was better to use a naturally sweet juice, like apple juice, pear juice, or grape juice. They use grape juice as a sweetener, because grapes had a similar color to the blueberries. 

 Finally, they could drink it. It was a lot of work to make juice, but it sure was refreshing!
