Many sports stars believe something can bring them good luck. Some of them like to wear their lucky clothes, some like special numbers and some do special things for good luck on the day of an important game. Next I'll give you some examples.

Many people think that being healthy is expensive. Well, it is not. Take an exercise break.There are different ways to exercise. Light exercise can be done by jogging or walking every morning or late afternoon at least five times a week. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} Exercise is good for both the body and mind. It is also a way of relaxation.
