For most students, stress (压力) is a fact of life. Instead, we should find ways to have a healthy life. Here is some advice.
Sometimes it can be difficult to say exactly what we're feeling. When we feel nervous or down, it can be useful to put our problems into words. For some of us, keeping a diary is a good way to relax.
Breathe (呼吸) deeply and do some exercise.
Breathing deeply will help us keep coal. Then doing some exercise can make a big difference to both physical and mental (精神上的) health.
Sit back and listen to the favorite music.
Music has a wonderful influence on our feelings. When we feel sad, it fills our bears with warmth and comfort. When we grow nervous, it helps lower our stress.
Don't take every trouble too seriously.
Taking everything on shoulders and treating everything that goes badly as mistakes is a one-way ticket to having the bad feelings.
