The most helpful and creative invention for kids is the reading pen. With the specially-designed pen, kids find it convenient and fun to learn. As for old people, an electric foot basin(电动洗脚盆)is the best invention, It's a good choice to buy one for your grandparents. It can help keep their blood pressure normal and improve blood circulation (循环). The special basin can keep the water warm. So washing feet with it will help old people become healthier and more relaxed. |

The school is holding a blood drive for teachers, parents, and town people. We need everyone's help to make it a success. That includes you! We need to collect 50 units of blood. That means 65 people are needed to come to the drive. |
How You Can Help |
Pick up information brochures (小册子) in the school office. Pass them out to your parents, teachers and any person who is healthy and at least 17 years old. |
When and Where to Go |
The blood drive will take place on Tuesday, October 21st, from 3:00 to 6:00 pm, in the school dining hall. |

Here comes your chancel Our club Youth Explore has prepared a three- day summer program for you! You can take part in many hands- on activities and meet with different animals— giraffes, pandas, tigers, and so on! Estimated (预计) Visiting Time (EVT) : 40 minutes Opening hours: 6: 30 am--11: 00 pm Stop 2: The Old Site of Central Red Traffic Line (No. 97 Haiping Road) In the 1930s, it was a secret traffic station of the Central Red Traffic Line in Shantou. Today, this traffic station is renewed and has become a tourist site (地点), showing visitors historical events and revolutionary (革命的) stories. EVT: 40 minutes Opening hours: 9: 30 am--5: 00 pm/Closed on Monday Stop 3 Shantou Cultural Museum (No. 149 Waima Road) Shantou Cultural Museum is a great place for people to fully understand Shantou's customs and folk arts. Different things about Chaoshan culture are shown in the hall of the museum. EVT: 90 minutes Opening hours: 9: 00 am--5: 00 pm/Closed on Monday Stop 4 Guiyuan (23 Park Road) Guiyuan, a building mixing Chinese and Western styles, was built in 1923 by Lin Guiyuan, a government officer. It is a building that saw the years of the Chinese revolution. Zhou Enlai worked and lived here in the 1920s.
