In 2013, Chinese President Xi Jinping offered to build a Silk Road Economic Belt (经济带) and a 21st Century Maritime (海上) Silk Road, which became known as the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI, "一带一路"倡议). The BRI has brought cultures together for over ten years. As the BRI continues to bring the world together, young people from the Belt and Road countries can see how it continues to develop and have a deeper understanding of it. We did a survey of 125 Chinese students. The following survey is about BRI in the eyes of the students. The diagrams (图表) below show the results.

A good way to pass an exam is to work hard every day in a year. You may fail in an exam if you are lazy for most of the year and then work hard only a few days before the exam. If you want to be good at English，you have to read stories in English，and speak English as much as possible. A few days before the exam you should go to bed early. Do not go to bed late at night studying. Before you start the exam，read carefully over the question papers，and try to understand the exact meaning of each question. When you have finished your exam at last，read over your answers. Correct the mistakes if there are any and be sure that you don't miss anything out. 

①In today's busy world, research shows that more and more people are feeling "time poor". Time poverty (贫穷) can happen when study, work, or social duties take up too much of a person 's time, leaving little or no time for fun or personal interests. It can also happen when people feel like they are running out of time to reach their goals or finish tasks before the deadline (截止日期). Besides, we often say "yes" to any extra work. It could be to help your team or your friends. But by saying "yes" to everything, you are adding another task to an already full plate. 

②People who don's t have enough time fail to perform well at work and remain stressed. Too much stress can harm mental (心理的) health. Moreover, less quality (优质的) time with friends and families can make a person feel lonelier. So how can you stop being time poor?

③Manage your time properly. It may seem harmless to stay in bed till noon on weekends, but the time wasted every week can add up quickly if you don't realize it. In order to make better use of your time, you can make careful plans before you actually spend it. Try to find out what things in your life are not that important for now and put them off. In this way, you can stick to your plan and focus better on your work. 

④Make quality time a true value in your life. It's important to focus on how you spend your time with someone or doing something. Train yourself to be more present in your life. That is to say, pay attention to one thing at a time. For example, when you are spending time with your family, be present and enjoy yourself rather than still worry about work. 

⑤ We are all given the same 24 hours each day. By managing your time properly and valuing quality time, you can make the most of your life and become the real owner of it. 

Hanfu Is Making a Comeback

When Zhang Lingshan was a child, she would watch Chinese period dramas (古装正剧）on television. She was deeply impressed by the characters' ancient clothing. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}. She only knew they were from some distant past. 

"When I saw it, I really liked it, " she said. " I was completely drawn by the beauty of these clothes, and I even wear them on regular days openly. {#blank#}2{#/blank#}. " Zhang told China Daily. "The return of Hanfu is not about turning back the clock. It's about passing down our culture. "

{#blank#}3{#/blank#}. There are Hanfu shops, designers and researchers, and even photography studios that rent Hanfu. In a recently published report by online shopping platform Tmall, more than 2 million Hanfu clothes were sold in 2020. If you walk through major cities, you may see a fan dressed in the sweeping robes, crossed collars and wide sleeves of Hanfu. 

Many people like Hanfu because they see Hanfu as a way to celebrate Chinese culture and find national belonging. {#blank#}4{#/blank#}. A growing number of young people are now looking to the past for fashion advice. Christine, fashion researcher based in Shanghai, said "So it's the confidence of the younger people. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}. "
