Three meals are very important (重要) for our health. Breakfast is the most (最) important in a day. For breakfast, we can have some bread, an egg and a glass of milk. I don't like junk food. Every morning, I eat an egg and a glass of milk. Egg is my favorite food. For lunch, we can eat rice, noodles, meat and vegetables. I like rice with some meat and vegetables. Sometimes I eat beef noodles. Vegetables are very useful (有用的) for our body. For dinner, we can eat digestible (易消化) food.Ⅰeat little (少量的) meat and some vegetables. And I don't eat too much. I also eat some fruits. They are healthy for me.

I'm Amy. Today is Sunday. I visit the nature park in the morning. The sky is blue. The flowers are beautiful. There are many hills near the river. On the river there are many boats. Beside the boats there are many ducks. Look! The ducks are swimming to the old house. What's in that house? Oh, it's messy. There is a computer under the desk. There are many photos on the floor. There are pencils and crayons everywhere. I don't like this house. Bye, old house.

Hi, I'm Nancy. Last weekend I visited my uncle and aunt in Hangzhou. I went there by bus. I got to Hangzhou at about 10:00 in the morning. Then my aunt, my cousin Tony and I took a taxi to the West Lake. We went there quickly because my uncle was the taxi driver. We rowed the boat on the lake.

Then we went to a park on foot. It was a hot day. We felt hot and hungry. We sat under a big tree and had our lunch. We ate bread, orange juice, hamburgers, milk and some bananas. Tony saw a fish in the water.

So we fed the fish with bread. More and more fish swam to us and opened their mouths. We fed them. We were very happy that day.

Once upon a time, there was a frog. He lived in a well. He never went out of the well. He thought the sky was just as big as the mouth of the well. One day, a crow came to the well. He saw the frog and talked with the frog.

Crow: Hey, Frog.

Frog: Hi, Crow. Where are you from?

Crow: I'm from the sky.

Frog: The sky is only as big as the mouth of the well. How can you fly in the sky?

Crow: You always stay in the well. You don't know how big the sky is and how big the world is!

Frog: I don't believe it. Maybe you tell lies.

Crow: Come out of the well and have a look.

At last, the frog came out from the well. He was surprised. He knew the crow was right. The world is so big.
