    Some days before, I decided to leave my bike at home and take the bus instead. On the bus, I pull my cap off. When I reached my stop, I got off the bus.     On my way home from school last Friday, I saw a little dog on the sidewalk looking hopelessly. I was held it firmly up in my arms, took it home and feed some milk to it. However, my mom was unwilling to keep them, saying there was enough pets for us, two cats and a dog. I begged my mom not to let it go. Finally, we agreed that it would be deciding by my dad, whom didn't return home from work. Just then the girl and her father drove near, searching for their lost pets. When they thanked us taking care of the dog, I felt very happy.

    Studying in the UK have been a good experience for me. When I first arrived, I find life very hard as I didn't know anybody here, but I soon got to know other Chinese student at the university. Later I became interesting in communicating with people from various cultures, and I made fewer friends.

    During my study, I chose to live in with my classmates in the dormitory. I think it's better than living in British family because I can meet people from different countries easy. The courses here are excellent. I enjoy the way the teachers give lessons. We are encouraged to think for yourselves, which is quite different from that I have experienced before.

    Halloween is on first day of November, and it was very popular in some western countries. On that day, people, especial kids, dress in horrible styles. We knock from door to door. Where people don't give them to sweets, the kids will play tricks on them. In China, more and more young people like to follow this trend. They'd like to join on some activities on that day. They wear strangely clothes and find some funs. When the night comes, they always have a party, sing and dancing together.
