Jason and his parents moved from a small, quiet town to a big city. They moved because Jason's mother was starting a new job there. His father was an artist. He could do his job at home or anywhere else. At the end of June when school was over, the large moving van (搬家汽车) arrived. Jason said goodbye to his friends. They all promised to stay in touch.

At first, Jason was scared of the city. It was noisy and crowded. It made him nervous. They lived in a apartment building now, and Jason missed their old house and yard. However, after a while, he met a boy named Nick who lived in his building. Jason and Nick went to the park together. They flied kites are played ball with other kids.

By the time school began in the fall, Jason liked his new neighborhood. He had learned that go friends and neighbors make it easy to live anywhere!

In a big country, a man was living along with his family. The man had a large amount of money. One day he took his son on a trip to the countryside. The dad's only 1 was to show his son how poor people live, so the son could 2 his good fortune（命运）.

The son 9 , "We have a small piece of land to live on and they have field s which go 10 our sight. We have servants who serve us, but they serve others." The wise son's learning did not end yet. The son went on 11 his trip experience, "We buy our food, but they grow theirs. We have 12 around our house to protect us, but they have friends to protect them. We spend our free time with television s and mobiles, but they spend their free time with family and relatives."

The son summed up（总结） his experience on the trip to the village, "Thank Dad for showing me how 13 we are...!!"

Money can buy clothes, or cars, or big houses or many other things which make your life 15 . But there are a few things that money cannot buy. What makes your life rich is love, kindness, compassion, friendships...

Once upon a time, a king went for hunting in the forest. While returning back, because of the dark he couldn't find his way. At last he found a small 1 . The king went over and 2 the door. A poor farmer lived in the house. He 3 great care of the king.

I am Lu Xin. I went to Yunnan Province with my parents last summer vacation. We spent a week there. We visited Kunming, Dali and Lijiang. We climbed Kunming Xishan, visited the Stone Forest, went to the Flower Market and went boating on Erhai Lake. We also tasted the delicious food like the crossing bridge noodles. It was really a wonderful trip. And I would never forget it.

I am Ma Yue. Making a trip to Shanghai on May 18 was an experience which I would never forget I arrived in Shanghai at about 2 o'clock, and immediately took a No.5 bus to the sea area. The beautiful blue sea is so large that I couldn't see the other side of it. After getting off the bus, I went straight to the shore. Taking off my shoes, I put my feet into the sea. The sea was cool, and walking in the sea was such a great joy that I didn't want to stop. Then I collected shells. When it got dark, I sat on the shore, watching the sea. The night scene was simply amazing! Finally I had to go back. It was an unforgettable day in my life.

I'd like to tell you something about Zhang Guimei.She is a teacher and she teaches {#blank#}1{#/blank#}（China） at school.She doesn't have any children，{#blank#}2{#/blank#} over 130 homeless girls call her "mum".

Zhang {#blank#}3{#/blank#} （think） it is really important for girls to get education （教育），so she starts the Huaping High School for girls.The school is free for girls from poor {#blank#}4{#/blank#} （family）.Zhang raises （筹集） money for the school {#blank#}5{#/blank#} her free time.

Zhang gives most of her time {#blank#}6{#/blank#} （teach） the girl students.She gets up early in the morning and goes to bed late {#blank#}7{#/blank#} night every day.She also makes many strict school rules （规则）.She asks all the girls to get up at 5：20.And then she turns on （打开） {#blank#}8{#/blank#} lights in the classroom and watches them read.She tells {#blank#}9{#/blank#} （she） students to work hard.And she wants to make {#blank#}10{#/blank#} （that） girls have good lives because of education.

What a kind teacher she is!
