How is everything? I am not happy these days. My parents are angry with me because they think I live an unhealthy life on weekends. They want me to spend my weekend like my sister Jenny.

I always get up late. So I usually have nothing for breakfast. I play basketball for an hour then. For lunch, I often eat out. Hamburgers and ice-cream are my favorites. I know they are not good for me, but they taste great. After lunch, I usually go to the movies with my friends. Sometimes, I sleep all the afternoon. In the evening, I either watch TV or play computer games. I don't go to bed until eleven thirty.

But Jenny is different. She never gets up after six thirty. Then she brushes teeth and does morning exercises. After that, she has milk and eggs. She does her homework all the morning. For lunch, she eats rice, meat, fish and vegetables. She studies for 3 hours before she eats dinner. Sometimes, she helps with housework after dinner. Then she goes out to take a walk. She reads and takes a shower before going to bed."What a great day I have!"Jenny always says.

It is weekend! I just want to relax myself well. I don't like to hear my parents always say the same words again and again to me. It's terrible to live like Jenny! What can I do?

There are several parts of Europe: eastern Europe, northern Europe, southern Europe and western Europe. Among these, the eastern Europe is a good choice for travelers who want to save money. Northern Europe is known for its natural phenomenon(现象)- the Northern Lights. If you want to see them, you need to visit in winter only when conditions are at their best. Southern Europe is made up of all the countries close to Mediterranean Sea and it's known for its natural wonders and ancient history. Western Europe is the most popular part of Europe, and it has lots of famous spots, like the Eiffel Tower, Van Gogh Museum and Big Ben.

If you are backpacking through Europe, the best time to travel is from November to March, when you'll find cheap tickets for planes and hotels. However, if you're planning a ski vacation or you want to visit the

Christmas Markets, you'll find large crowds of travelers. The busiest time of year for Europe is summer. From June to August, travelers from all over the world go to this place to enjoy the good weather.

Last weekend, my parents and I went snowboarding in a village. Early in the morning, we were standing on the {#blank#}1{#/blank#} of a mountain. "I can't wait {#blank#}2{#/blank#}. See you later at the hotel!" shouted Mom, and she quickly went down the mountain. Dad and I {#blank#}3{#/blank#} carefully for many times before we get started. But when we got to the hotel, we found Mom wasn't there. Dad said {#blank#}4{#/blank#} but took out his phone and called Mom, only to find Mom has hurt her foot and can't walk. 

In the end, Dad and I found Mom at the foot of the hill. She was cold and {#blank#}5{#/blank#} she was in the Arctic（北极）. 

"Sorry, but I know: We must walk before we run, " said Mom. 

① We can find ants everywhere— in the forests and mountains, in the fields, in the countryside and cities, all over the earth. But how much do you know about them?

② Their colour is usually yellow, brown, red or black. These little animals live and work in groups. They always build "houses", find food and raise babies together. The colony (群) of ants can be small or large. The number can be from just a few to millions!

③ Usually, there are three castes (等级) in ant societies. They are queens, the males and the workers. Queen ants are usually the biggest ants in colonies.  ▲  It lays (产) all the eggs, so the queen becomes the most important ant in the colony. A queen ant can live for longer. The males have larger wings and larger bodies than the worker ants. They can help out with the colony housework, but mostly they do not. They can only live for a few weeks. The queens and the workers are the winners by numbers. The workers do all the "housework"— from building and cleaning the "house" to looking for food. Workers usually live for several months. Workers are also good at building homes. They can build their homes in different places. You may find their homes under rocks or in the trees. How amazing!

④ One ant by itself cannot bring any danger to many other larger animals. However, they can beat much bigger animals in large groups. By working together, these brave(勇敢的) ants can protect their colonies against other animals. 

Every year before the Spring Festival, Zang Chaiyuan is really busy. The young pastry chef (面点师) from Shandong works from morning to night 1 people from across the country order her huabobo. Huabobo 2 of corn flour and has been a treat at many folk activities, such as celebrations and festivals. 

 This year, Zang's huabobo, in the shape of a rabbit dressed in a lion- dance costume, is one of3 products. Although Zang's parents were against4 decision, she stood her ground and opened her small huabobo shop in Yantai. "I loved huabobo in my 5 . My grandmother6 to make huabobo for me in all kinds of shapes, which were very beautiful, " Zang said. 

 Zang first learned the basic skills from7 experienced huabobo master and then practiced over and over again on her own. So more and more new products are brought out now. Her products have made their way to customers from cities including Beijing, Shanghai and Hangzhou. To let more people learn 8 huabobo, Zang has held training classes at her shops and shot a video recently. " Many people have shown great interest in picking up huabobo skills,9 women who have just become mothers, " she says. "I love traditional Chinese culture and I believe10 this art work is worth spreading. "
