I had a summer camp with my classmates last year. 

Early in the morning, we gathered(集合) at the bus station. After saying goodbye to our parents, we got on the buses. It took us more than two hours to arrive at the campground. 

We got off the buses cheerfully. Laughing and shouting, we jumped and ran all over the place. It was the first time for us to be away from the parents. Some of us started to feel homesick(想家的). However, when the night party and dances began, the homesickness was gone. 

The next day, everyone rushed to the boating class, hoping to be at the head of the others. At first, my friends and I worked hard, but the boat wouldn't listen to us and kept going round and round. Then the teacher taught us how to work together. After many tries, we did much better, 

Swimming class was my favourite. It was about the hottest time of a day and the best time to stay in the cool water. The swimming teacher was a funny man, and during the class he often made us laugh happily. 

During the week I learnt a lot of new things and made many new friends. I also learnt how to take care of myself.

Those robots above require artificial intelligence(AD)（人工智能）. AI is a computer system（系统）that can understand languages,make decisions and solve problems. AI can be taught skills using a process called machine learning. Humans give AI information such as books,photos or videos to train it. The more information it studies, the better it can do its job. 

_________ For example, when you watch TV,Al is watching you. It'll know what your favorite is and suggest similar ones. In hospitals,AI is very good at suggesting treatments and can even invent new medicines. To cut down food waste,some schools introduce online systems for the students to choose meals ahead of time. In cities, AI is used to watch out for cars that make black smoke. It works together with the police and transportation teams to stop them and keep the air clean. Al can help us fight climate（气候）change by finding clever ways to reduce energy use. 

Some people worry that AI will take away a large number of jobs and also fear that AI could develop out of our control and bring danger to humans. However,AI is expected to be a more powerful production tool that will help humans achieve more in less time. It is believed that the flying car will be made to offer an easier way out of the morning traffic jam（交通堵塞）. Humans imagine AI might even use a way to solve the problems of our energy needs completely. Anyway,there is still long journey for humans and AI.

Museums are active centers of learning. In a science museum, people can learn about nature and technology as well as physics and chemistry. Visiting museums is a good choice to spend a holiday for people of all ages. But there're some rules when visiting museums. Take an art museum, for example.

Keep quiet. You can talk, but keep the voice down and be polite to those around you. You should turn off your phone or put it on silent. Sounds from your phone may disturb (打扰) others. If a call must be made, you should go outside to make it. 

Ask before taking photos. Some museums welcome visitors to photograph or videotape works of art. However, please be careful with the sign "no photography" which means taking photos is not allowed for that work or exhibition. If you take photos without permission, you will be in trouble. Maybe you will be punished. 

Do not touch works of art! Your touch may not seem like much, but even the slightest (最轻的) touch can damage the surface of a painting, discolor stone, and even rust metal. Keep a safe distance between you and each work of art. This helps to avoid accidental touching.

Never bring food or drinks into the museum. It's no good eating or drinking there. The art in the museum will provide plenty of food for thought as well as a dinner for the eyes!

Running and pushing are not allowed in the museum. Proper museum behavior is necessary to avoid accidentally hitting or damaging works of art.

Have you ever been to India? Have you ever heard of the festivals in India? Navaratri (九夜节) is {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (在……之中) the most important festivals of India. It l{#blank#}2{#/blank#} for ten days and nine nights. Families always try to return home on these days, and leave on the {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (第十) day. The day before Navaratri is called Mahalaya Amavasya. It is the start of the festival {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (节期) to celebrate the homecoming of Durga. 

When I took a v{#blank#}5{#/blank#} to India last year, I learnt a lot about its traditions. Early on the morning of Mahalaya Amavasya, the guide{#blank#}6{#/blank#} (唤醒) us up to listen to the programme called All India Radio, just as the Indians did. The programme began in the 1930s and s {#blank#}7{#/blank#} then it has never changed. 

During the {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(接下来的) days, people got together for dinner and danced. They {#blank#}9{#/blank#} the table and cooked lots of delicious food for dinner every day. For women, Navaratri was a time for shopping for new clothes and jewellery. They dressed beautifully each day for dances. As for kids, they played games and had great f{#blank#}10{#/blank#}. 

Great changes have taken place in India. However, the Indians still keep this traditional festival. 

There was a big activity in Shenzhen this summer. People had a festival about enjoying lotus flowers(荷花)at Honghu Park. From 15th June, 2024 to 15th July, 2024, visitors went there to enjoy lotus flowers and took part in other activities. 

In fact, there are many lotus flowers in the park every year. When visitors come into the park, they can see lots of lotus flowers. It's just like walking into a sea of pink. In the park, visitors can enjoy different kinds of lotus flowers from different areas , such as Guangdong, Jiangsu and Thailand. 

Most Chinese people like lotus flowers. That's because in China, lotus flowers mean beauty and purity(纯洁). They grow in dirty water, but lotus flowers themselves stay clean. The culture of lotus flowers is also part of Chinese culture. There are many Chinese poems about lotus flowers. 

During the festival, visitors really enjoyed themselves. They could relax for a while from their busy work. The visitors hoped to join in this activity again next year.
