To make our environment better, we have tried many different ways. Today, I will introduce one of them to you. Have you seen a kind of {#blank#}1{#/blank#} fish in the water? British scientists made this kind of fish. When you put it in polluted {#blank#}2{#/blank#}, it will become green. Why did scientists make the fish? They think the fish is able to help find out dangerous and dirty things in the water and help {#blank#}3{#/blank#}our rivers. Charles Tyler is the head of the study(研究). He said, "This fish also helps us understand how these dangerous things do harm to our body. It is {#blank#}4{#/blank#} exciting！" Charles said they would like to make more animals or objects to help clean our environment. Now scientists {#blank#}5{#/blank#} their countries are also interested in the project. They all want to make our world more beautiful.

For example, when you are angry, you can take a deep {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(breath/sleep) and play with the stress balls or balloons. If you feel sad, you can have a warm stuffed toy. Or you can just {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (hurt/sit) in the tent by yourself. Then you may feel better.

Don't be afraid of asking anyone for help if you need it. Families, friends and teachers are always there for you. They are {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(sad/happy) to help you. If those don't help,remember to see a doctor.

"Dreams (梦) may be more important than sleep. We all need to dream," some scientists say. 

Dreams take up about one quarter of our sleeping time. People have several dreams each night. Dreams are like short films. They are usually in colour. Some dreams are like old films. They come to us over and over again. That may be because the dreamer is worrying about something. Dreaming may be a way of trying to find an answer. 

Some people get new ideas about their work from dreams. They may have been thinking about their work all day. These thoughts can carry over into dreams. 

Sometimes we wake up with a good feeling from a dream. But often we can't remember the dream. 

Too much dreaming can be harmful. The more we sleep, the longer we dream. The mind works hard when we dream. That is why we may have a long sleep and still wake up tired.

 This is my colour flip book. I like yellow, red and blue. Bananas are yellow and apples are red. Blue can say" Use again!" Yellow can say" Be careful!" How about red? Red can say" No!" Colour s are useful. I can see colors here and there.
