Big cities are wonderful places to live in.There are many nice things to see and to do.You can go to different museums and theatres.You can also go shopping to buy things from all over the world.

But there are many problems in big cities，too.The cost（费用）of living is high.And there are too many people in some places.Every year many people move to the cities because they want to find jobs or to study at good schools.But sometimes these people can't find good places to live in.Also，too many people in a small space makes it hard to keep the cities safe and clean.

A Nice Bedroom

This is the twins' (双胞胎的) bedroom. There are two beds in the room. The pink bed is Lily's and the red one is Lucy's. There is one desk and two chairs in the room. The clock and pencil-boxes are on the desk. Look! Some beautiful flowers are on their schoolbags. Some books are behind the chairs. Some nice pictures are on the wall. Is there a kite? Yes, it's under Lily's bed. The bedroom is very nice.

Chen Jie: Hello, Sarah. This is Chen Jie. Where are you now?

Sarah: Hi, Chen Jie. I am at the bookstore. I am going to buy a comic book. Then I am going to your home. How can I get to your home?

Chen Jie: First, go straight. Next, turn right at the cinema. Then, go straight again and turn left at the hospital.

Sarah: OK. And then?

Chen Jie: Walk straight for 10 minutes. Then, turn right at the library. You'll see my home. Lucy and Kate are here now. They came to my home by taxi. We are cooking Chinese food together. Come on, we're waiting for you.

People in China eat zongzi at the Dragon Boat Festival(端午节). People in the north(北方) like sweet zongzi. People in the south(南方) like salty(咸的) zongzi with meat. They are yummy.

Douhua is yummy, too. People can eat it with a spoon. People in the north like salty douhua. People in the south like sweet douhua.
