Everyone gets angry. Many things may make you angry. Maybe your teacher gave you too much homework. Or maybe a friend borrowed your favourite video game and then broke it. You may get angry when something doesn't go your way. Maybe you get mad at yourself when your team loses an important game. Or maybe you fly into a rage(暴怒) when a driver accidentally cuts in front of you. That makes you angry!

You need to know how to deal with(处理)your anger. Here are some things you can do when you feel angry:

Talk to a friend you can trust.

Count to 

10.

Get or give a hug.

Take some exercise.

Draw a picture of your anger.

Play a video game.

Run around the outside of the house five

times as fast as you can.

Sing along with the CD player.

Take out the weeds(杂草) in the garden.

Think good thoughts (maybe about a fun

vacation or your favourite sport).

Take a bike ride, go skating or play basketball — do something active!

Never getting angry is impossible. But when you're angry, you can do something and it can make things better. Don't let anger be the boss of you. Take charge of it!

  Why are so many people so afraid to fail ? Quite simply because no one tells us how to face the failure (失败）. In fact, failure can become experience that means growth. We forget that failure is part of the human condition and that every person has the right to fail.

Most parents work hard to prevent failure or protect their children. One way is to lower (降低)standards. Nearly 60% of the parents choose this way. When a child finishes making a table, the mother describes it as "perfect" even though it doesn't stand still. The other way is to blame (责怪）others. If John fails in science, his teacher is unfair or stupid.

There's a problem with the two days. It makes a child unprepared for the real life if they don't meet enough failure. The young need to learn that no one can be the best at everything, no one can win all the time. The young should be allowed to experience failure. 

Failure never gives people pleasure. It hurts both grown—ups and children. But it can be really good to your life when you learn to use it. 

We can find different colors everywhere. In the nature, trees(树) can be green, yellow, or red. Flowers(花) can be red, yellow, purple, pink, orange, white, black or blue. In the fruit stores, we can find green apples, red strawberries, yellow bananas, purple grapes and pink peaches. In the clothes stores, you can see white T- shirts, black jackets and red sweaters. The color of the sky(天空) can be different. When you are happy, your sky is blue. When you are not happy, your sky will be gray. In the world, there are the yellow race(黄种人), the black race and the white race. And we Chinese are the yellow race. We have yellow skin(皮肤) and black eyes.

Today, I am going to talk about life in the future.  {#blank#}1{#/blank#} Will life be like in the future? No one can answer this question.  Today, cameras in space can take {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (photo) of places billions of light years (光年) away {#blank#}3{#/blank#} the Earth.  Science is developing very fast and people know more about space.  With {#blank#}4{#/blank#} help of science, we may also visit {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (that) places.  We may have to {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (leave) the Earth to live in space {#blank#}7{#/blank#} the Earth will not hold so many people one day.  In the future, we {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (travel) very fast by spaceship.  {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (we) spaceships will be as large as a city, and every spaceship will carry more than 10,000 people.  There {#blank#}10{#/blank#} also many buildings in our spaceships, such as hospitals, schools, shops and cinemas. 

Our dog Max ate a plastic bag by accident. So my family and I rushed to the Emergency Vet(兽医诊所) at midnight. It nearly {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(杀死) Max. However, this is not the only case. In fact, thousands of {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(动物) lose their lives every year because they eat plastic bags. 

Plastic pollution is a {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(严重的) problem. We must take some {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(步骤；措施) to fight against it. The project "Say No To Plastic Bags" is a good try. When you go shopping, take your cloth bag and say no to plastic bags when they are {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(提供) to you. By refusing plastic bags, you are also {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(减少) the amount of plastic bags being produced. This action also means that {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(更少的) plastic bags need to be made. 

If you have to use plastic bags, try to {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(再次使用) them when you can. When they no longer have any use, please {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(回收利用) them. They can be changed into things that will be given back to our community, like outdoor furniture for schools.

 Look! This is my new school. It is very big. There is a {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(高的) building facing the school gate. It is the classroom building.

 The lab building is behind the classroom building. A {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(现代的) library is next to the classroom building.

 The dining hall is on the left of the lab building. The food in it is very {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(美味的). There is a big {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(通知) board near the dining hall. There is some {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(重要的) news on it. The {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(体育馆) is next to the classroom building, too.

 There is a school hall {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(在……对面) from it. You can see a {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(屏幕) there. Is there a playground? Yes. It's in the {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(中心) of the school. We {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(使升高) the flag there every Monday morning.
