Elephants are smart{#blank#}1{#/blank#}. They can {#blank#}2{#/blank#}soccer or music. They can also draw very{#blank#}3{#/blank#}. People say that "An elephant never {#blank#}4{#/blank#}". Elephants can walk for a long time and never get lost. They can also remember places with food and water. This helps{#blank#}5{#/blank#}to live.

Bill Gates was born on October 28th, 1955. When he was 13 years old, Bill started to play{#blank#}1{#/blank#} computers. At that time, computers {#blank#}2{#/blank#} very large machines. Once（曾经） he was{#blank#}3{#/blank#} in a very old computer. He and some of {#blank#}4{#/blank#} friends spent lots of time {#blank#}5{#/blank#}unusual（不同寻常的） things with it. In the end, they worked out a software program with the old machine. Bill sold（卖）, 200 dollars when he was only 17. In 1973, Bill {#blank#}6{#/blank#}to Harvard University. At Harvard, he developed the BASIC language for the {#blank#}7{#/blank#}microcomputer（微型计算机）. In his third year, he {#blank#}8{#/blank#} Harvard to work for a company called Microsoft. Bill began this company in 1975 with his friend Paul Allen. They thought that the computer would be a very{#blank#}9{#/blank#} tool（工具） in every office and in every home, so they began developing software for personal （个人的）computers. This is my family. My grandpa's name is Harry Brown, and my grandma's name is Jean Brown. These are my father Jeff and my mother Lily. I have a sister, and her name is Gina Brown. My name is Tom Brown. We're in No.1 Middle School. In my family, I have a cat Mimi and a dog Vivi. Mimi is yellow and white, and Vivi is black and white. They are very lovely, and my family is also very warm（温暖的）.I love my family.

If you want to change your mood(心情) into a happy one, there are some suggestions(建议) on how you can get into a happy mood.

Watch a funny show or movie. This is a great way to divert(转移) your attention away from whatever is making you feel sad. A funny show or movie will also get you to laugh. Laughing will make you feel happier.

Do something you like to get you into a happy mood. For example, what gets me into a happy mood is getting a massage(按摩), going out to a new restaurant, hiking with some friends, making life goals and planning my next trip.

Listen to some happy music. Research has shown that music can help form our happy mood.  Listen to different types of music. Find out which music can get you into the happy mood.

Make a difference in someone's life. Help a stranger in need or simply ask your neighbors what you can do to help them. Doing something for someone else will not only make them feel happy but also make you happy.

Take care of your body. Sometimes if we don't eat, sleep or take care of our body, feelings of sadness will take over. So get 6-8 hours of rest. Eat three meals a day with snacks between them. Every day do some simple exercise. When you feel your best, getting into a happy mood will become easier.
