Jane and her father are at the pet shop. It's her birthday today. She wants a dog. But her father says she can't have a puppy in their flat. She can have a bird as a pet. Jane chooses a parrot, but the bird is too noisy. She chooses a cat. She is very happy to have a pet.

       In 1926, English writer A. A. Milne wrote a story about his son and a bear called Winnie the Pooh. Kids soon became to love the {#blank#}2{#/blank#} bear.

In 1964, Disney made short films about Winnie the Pooh. The US novelist (小说家) Alison Lurie wrote an article called "Back to Pooh Corner".  "Pooh has good points and bad ones {#blank#}3{#/blank#} all of us." she wrote. That's why everybody can {#blank#}4{#/blank#} and love the yellow bear, even today.
