Lin Yu,from Shenzhen,often takesher 1l-year-old son to museums,such as Shenzhen Museum and Shenzhen Science Museum. "My son has more free time of his own. We often go to Shenzhen Museum. It offers a practical learning experience. It's like taking a trip back in time to see how people lived,worked,and built amazing things. "Lin said. 

More parents are hoping to broaden their children's horizons through museum visits. As a result, museums in Shenzhen have seen an increase in visits. Shenzhen Museum received 53,000 visits during the 2024 Chinese New Year holiday,and more than 70 percent are family visits.

It's not a good habit to eat when you are watching TV. You may put too much into your mouth. It will make you fat and is not good for your health. If you have the habit and would like to give it up, here are some tips to help you. 

Eat at the kitchen table

It's fine to have a snack while watching TV, but take a break and move over to the table to have your snack, and then come back to the TV. 

Set limits(限制)

It can be helpful to think ahead and set limits. Try to eat just one cup of popcorn (not the whole bag) and only watch one or two episodes(剧集) of your show. 

Choose wisely

If you want to eat snacks in the evening hours, choose something that's not sugary or caffeinated (含咖啡因的). 

Give your hands something to do

Find an activity that will keep your hands busy while you're watching TV, like cleaning the house or doing exercise. 

Invite a friend

Sometimes watching TV with other people can be helpful because we don't eat that much when we're with someone else.
