In a word, there are badvantages and disadvantages of fast food. As far as I'm concerned, I I(更喜欢) the saying that it can be a good thing, as long as people do not have it too often, have plenty of fruit and (蔬菜), and also do plenty of exercise to keep in shape.

The study also found that the more practice you get, the less stressed you' ll be. So, it turns out that practice really does make perfect.
