    I'm one of your customer, I ordered a set of books on your website two weeks ago, but I didn't received it until yesterday. And much to my disappointment, the books were too poorly packed up that the cover of one book were torn. To make matters worse, it is not a complete set, as I found one book missed.

    I'm sorry to have received such poorly service, and I believe I have every right ask you to deal with this problem. I hope you either return my money back or deliver a new set of books to me. Beside, I'd like to be informed of the process of your deal with my complaint.

    Today while walking past the train station, I notice two young men carrying some huge bag. They were consulting a map and seemed confused, so I asked them who they were looking for. They were looking for an address that wasn't easy to find it, and it happened to being the same way l was going.  However, I helped them with one of the bags and walked with them until we found the rightly house. We had nice talk and l was told that they had come all the way from French. They were very grateful for me, and I felt very happy.

    After school, as usual, I went back home. On the bus, I find a woman with a cute baby standing besides me and having difficulty holding on to the grab pole. In spite my own exhaustion, I rose from my seat and gave them away without hesitation to her and the baby. She thanked me several times sincerely, that made me feel extremely proud. I was realized my little favor could real make a difference to a person who was badly in need of it. Arrived home, I almost forgot my tiredness. I was lost in happinesses because I did a little for a stranger and I gained a lot.

    It was Monday morning, and the writing class had just begin. Everyone was silent, wait to see who would be called upon to read his and her paragraph aloud.     My brother Tom was very selfish when he was a little boy. He did not want share things with other people. For example，when he bought a chocolate cake, he put them in a secret place where I couldn't find. Then he ate it all by himself. He never helped other. He said he is busy. That is, a game of tennis making him very busy. He did not care if something he did made people angrily. For instance, on one night he played strong and loudly music till four o'clock in the morning. But he is difference now. He often helps grandma with housework, helps mum with cooking and helps his classmates with their lessons.
