Talk with a native speaker(讲母语的人).People often spend too much time learning grammar. However, speaking with a native speaker can help people learn better. If a friend around you can speak the language you plan to learn, try to ask him or her for help. If it's hard to find such a person in your real life, you can make a pen friend online. Of course, you can travel to a country where the language is spoken. It doesn't matter whether you speak the language well or not. When you communicate in it, you are improving your speaking.

Use the language as much as you can. People often say they have learnt a language for many years, but their speaking is still not fluent (流 畅 的). In fact, they perhaps speak the language for only a few hours a week in these years. If you want to learn a new language quickly, remember to use it every day. If you can save your break time, you can learn extra (额外的) 20 or 30 words a day.

I am a plastic bottle. A week ago, I was on a supermarket shelf. I had a normal life, the same as all my brothers and sisters--other bottles full 1 water. I felt really happy.

Then a tall woman 2 me up and put me in her basket! The woman took me home and put me in the 3 . It was cold, but I soon made friends with the cans and bottles in it. 4 , only a few hours later, she took me out of the fridge and drank the water inside me. Then she threw me into the dustbin. I never felt so 5 and alone in my life.

Early the next morning, a man took me out of the dustbin. He threw me and the other rubbish into the back of a truck. There were so many horrible smells. Then I was pushed together with the rest of the rubbish. Soon I was 6 flat (扁平). I can't believe how thin I became.

We also need to think about cultural risks. For example, AI might mess up traditional recipes and methods. It might make cultural details（细节） seem the same or too simple. This could mean that AI and robot cooks make fewer different dishes. If we depend too much on technology to make food, there might not be much variety（多样化） in taste. It's like how AI art pictures on different apps seem similar.

Convenience can have a high cost. So it's important to think about the possible social problems that new technologies might bring, especially in areas like food that are important to our daily lives.
