The Wizard of OZ (绿野仙踪)

Dorothy is a friendly and brave(勇敢的) girl. She has long hair. She has a cute dog. Its name is Toto. They need friends to help them to go home. And then, they meet three new friends.

The first friend is a scarecrow(稻草人). He has a hat. He is not tall but cute. He likes to help them. He's kind.

The next one is a Tin Woodman(铁皮人). He has an axe(斧子) in his hand. He is tall and strong.

The last one is a lion. He looks strong, but he is not brave.He wants to be brave.

They help each other. In the end, Dorothy finds her home.And they are all good friends.

Yu Hongru, a 96-year-old Chinese scientist, works hard in science. He puts his life into science because he has deep love for it. And a great scientist needs this spirit（精神）. In fact, this spirit came from Yu's teacher, Guo Yonghuai. At the time of Yu's study, his teacher told him to be a hard-working "ox", so he paid attention to every small thing of his study and worked hard. It's not an overnight success（一夜成名）. The giant pandas live high in the forest in the middle of China. There are large black patches（斑） around their eyes, over the ears and across their round bodies. Pandas need to eat a lot of bamboo. The spend about 12 to 16 hours a day eating their favourite food. Sometimes, pandas eat fruit or meat, but they only spent little time on them. 

Pandas are the national treasure（国宝） of China! People from all over the world love them. In the past, there were lots of pandas. Today, there are more than one thousand eight hundred pandas in the wild. So we need to do all in our hands to protect them.
