Can you imagine a day without technology? In the last decade(十年), computer technology has become {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(广泛地) available and has rapidly made life more convenient. Nearly everyone keeps {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(他们的) smartphones close at all {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(时候). This {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(通常) comes with many benefits compared to traditional ways. For example, you can keep in {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(接触) with friends easily and access(获取) maps, news, {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(天气), {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(温度) and facts {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(任何时候) you want. However, there are also some negative aspects(方面). Digital devices and social media platforms are so addictive(上瘾的) that many {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(年轻的) people struggle to control how much time they spend {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(使用) them and they become {#blank#}11{#/blank#}(劳累的) because of that. If you're one of the addicts, don't {#blank#}12{#/blank#}(担心), it's time for you to go for a digital detox (数字排毒).

A digital detox is a {#blank#}13{#/blank#}(极好的) practice in the information age to help people stay away from {#blank#}14{#/blank#}(科技) for a period of time. It can be different for every person. Some people like {#blank#}15{#/blank#}(走) into nature and leave home {#blank#}16{#/blank#}(没有) their phones. {#blank#}17{#/blank#}(然而) others prefer to set strict limits on how and when they use technology. The purpose is just to {#blank#}18{#/blank#}(警告) people to be mindful(留心的) of how much time we spend looking at screens.

Doing a digital detox can be very helpful. Most people {#blank#}19{#/blank#}(认为) that they get better sleep and {#blank#}20{#/blank#}(醒来) up happily when they aren't exposed(暴露) to the bright light of the phone screen. Many also find that they have some {#blank#}21{#/blank#}(微小的) changes when they aren't comparing {#blank#}22{#/blank#}(他们自己) to others on social media. And of course, if you can {#blank#}23{#/blank#}(扔) away your phone for a while, you will have a lot more time for other valuable {#blank#}24{#/blank#}(事情), such as {#blank#}25{#/blank#}(旅行) {#blank#}26{#/blank#}(一起) with your families, {#blank#}27{#/blank#}(拜访) your old school on {#blank#}28{#/blank#}(周末). Enjoy the days without smartphones.

 根据短文内容,从方框中选出能填入空白处的最佳选项,其中有一项为多余选项。

Learning methods (方法) are really important for everyday learning or studying for tests. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}

Drawing mind maps helps a lot. Mind maps can help you remember what you have learned easily and quickly. How to draw a mind map? For example, find a topic (主题) you learn about firstly. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} This can be helpful and you can have a try.

Explaining (解释) to others is win-win. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} Sometimes you may find it easier to learn something when you explain it to others. This is because in order to explain something clearly to someone else, you first need to understand it well and then to use the right words to explain it.

{#blank#}4{#/blank#} This method means that experiencing things in real life is better than reading things in books. Doing things by yourselves makes your brain more active. So you will remember and learn more easily.

Taking tests is also helpful. Some people enjoy taking tests because they think that can give them a strong will to be successful. If you're the kind of person, you can try asking your teachers, parents or classmates to set an exam. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}

Enjoy using the ways above and you are sure to learn faster and do better in your study!

A. It's a good way to improve yourself and others.

B. Learning by doing can make you understand better.

C. Through the way, you can know how much you've learned.

D. Studying by yourself is a good idea to improve yourselves.

E. Here are some common but useful learning methods for you.

F. Then, with the topic in the middle, write down some key information around it.

 阅读下面短文, 在空白处填入一个适当的词, 或填入括号中所给单词的正确形式。

 Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and night markets, two very different things, have recently become so popular {#blank#}1{#/blank#} young people in China enjoy them a lot.

 Instead of happening in hospitals during the day, some special services {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (offer) by TCM doctors at busy night markets, which attracts many young people.

 How can TCM night markets become so popular? It seems that it is {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (main) because people focus more on their health. Young people may not have time to visit hospitals during the day because of work, {#blank#}4{#/blank#} they quickly become interested in this form. Moreover, night markets are more relaxing than hospitals, and doctors are {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (patient) there. All of these make the experiences better and help people pay more attention to {#blank#}6{#/blank#} . (they) body health. Besides, young people can learn about TCM culture at these markets. In the past, people would go to night markets for clothes, {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (snack) and local things. Now, people can not only buy TCM herbal sachets(香囊) for their friends or family, but also know how {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (improve) health with TCM knowledge.

 The popularity of TCM night markets is just an example of how TCM is loved {#blank#}9{#/blank#} young people. It helps young people live {#blank#}10{#/blank#} healthy life. It is believed to be a treasure of our Chinese culture.
