    We are now living in a information age, in which TV, cells and the Web are wide used. It seem that many people cannot enjoy themselves without it.     Time flies! It is almost a year when I came to study in No. 1 Middle School. I remember when I first come to the school, everything was new to me. Now I have used to everything here and like my school very much. Asked how I like it so much. I'd like to let you to know I have good teachers as well as a good atmosphere to study in. My school has a long history. Three years ago, it celebrated their 100th anniversary. In recent years, great changes have taken place. In the years to come, a new branch school will be on construction in the western area of the city, which is said to be completing by September in 2018, when it will have a better condition to welcome more students to receive a good education.

    Nowadays, more and more students are facing mental pressure in their life. Some were so worried about their studies that they can't fall sleep at night. Some are discouraged but tend to lose heart because of constant failure in exams. Others can't get along well with their parents or classmates, that makes them feel stressed and get angry easily.

    As matter of fact, there are many ways for us to deal with our mental problems. First, we can turn to our teacher for help, including our psychological teacher. Second, communicating is of vital importance. When they have a talk about the problems with others, we can be great relieved. Last but not least, we need to develop a positive attitude about our studies and life. With the mental problems being solved, we will study and live happily.

    As the saying goes, "Chance favored the prepared mind." I learned this from one of my experience.

    I was not chosen as member of the volleyball team of our school. Because of this, I decided to give up play volleyball. Luckily, my best friend stopped me but pointed out that it was my laziness and poor preparation which led to my failure. After that, I practiced playing volleyball on every day. When another tryout arrived, I was full prepared and tried my best. As a result, I was selected and became an important player on our school team.

    From this, I am firmly convincing that we are able to seize a chance as long as I get well prepared.

    Last Sunday I see a traffic accident on my way home. Two taxis what held no passengers crashed into each other about ten meter away. I went up and found the two drivers bad injured. They were trapped in the taxis. And they were bled. Luckily, they were saved on time. That was because people came to help them and called a police and an ambulance. It was clear that the taxi drivers hurried take more passengers so they drove too fast. They should have been cared more about the safety of both others and them.
