    Exercising is a good way to keep fit. However, many people do not know how to exercise well. Here are some tips.

    First, you should warm up. It is important to warm up before you exercise. You need to stretch your legs, arms, back and neck before you do any difficult activities like running.

    Second, you should find good places to exercise. You do not need to spend a lot of money. You can run or do sports in a park or in your school gym. You don't need to buy exercise equipment for your home. Just get your body moving.

    It's said that in some parts of the world, people are facing the problem of hunger. So what can we do to help them? Here are some suggestions:

    Cook from the fridge

    Start with the fresh foods. If you have some in the fridge, use them first. Make a meal with what you have got instead of running out to the supermarket for something else.

    Learn to read the labels

    “Best-before” and“use-by” dates are more important. Learn to know the different periods of foods and know how to cook them in the right way. For example, black bananas are proper for baking, fresh vegetables are good in soups, and bread that is not fresh can be turned into small pieces.

    Use the freezer(冷冻室)

    The freezer can keep foods fresh until you are ready to cook them, and store the cooked foods until you're ready to eat them. It's also the best place for the remaining food. Mark the date of the food nearby, so it's easy to find the foods you need to eat first and you will never leave them there for too long.

    Shop with a list

    I've always wanted to try rock climbing, but never had the time or money for it. But I've discovered a way to experience the thrill(兴奋,紧张)of climbing rock, without climbing real rock. Indoor climbing is an easy and exciting way to get a taste of rock climbing. And it is also much cheaper and safer!Indoor climbers don't climb on real rock, but on a plastic wall.     Indoor climbing is a great workout. Climbing uses muscles that are hard to exercise, especially those in the shoulders, arms, chest and back. Many people say climbing makes exercise fun. Most gyms have several climbing walls with various degrees of difficulty. The easier ones are like climbing a ladder. The difficult ones bulge out(凸出)in places so that climbers must sometimes climb parallel(平行的)with the floor.

    Although gym climbing is easier and safer than real rock climbing, you should still be careful. Always climb with a partner. As you climb, your partner pulls your climbing rope through something called a belay device(绳索控制器). The belay catches you if you slip. But make sure your partner know how to use this equipment. And if you are a first-time climber, get some instruction before you begin.
