Do you take a nap(小睡) every day? I take one almost every day and have been doing this for years. Many people who regularly treat themselves to short naps say they come with benefits (好处). I suggest you consider taking a daily nap for the following reasons:

Do you know how your energy dips(下降) in the early afternoon? You start feeling a little and lose focus. It happens to most of us. A quick nap can bring us back up to speed. In our always-on culture, we go, go, go. However, we were not meant to race rest. Taking a nap can cut down stress and give you a fresh start. Napping also our creativity by relaxing your mind.

Did you know those who take a midday nap at least three times a week are 37 percent less likely to die of heart disease? Working men are 64 percent less likely! It's true, according to a new study in a medical magazine. Here are a few practices I have found :

Try to nap at the same time every day.

Keep it short. Set an alarm on your phone to avoid too much.

Turn off the lights. If you can't turn off the lights, use a simple eye mask. I boughtat Walgreens. Turn the lights back up to full brightness when you wake up.

Use a blanket. When you sleep, your body drops slightly. You will usually be more comfortable if you use a light blanket when you nap.

Finally, change your own thinking about naps. People who take them are not lazy. They might just be the , most productive people you know.
