Smashed cucumber (拍黄瓜)salad is one of the most popular cold dishes in China. You can find the green dish anywhere from restaurants to homes.
According to The New York Times 9 smashed cucumber salad is a"everywhere" in New York. Some restaurants have even added the dish to their menu.But American cooks are trying yogurt, honey, lemon and other common western ingredients.

cucumbers can hold onto tastes more than cucumbers which are cut into fixed shape and size. "Just changing the way you break down an ingredient... changes the way it feels and tastes. It's cool." said Danny Bowien, a cook at a New York restaurant.

Eat properly. A healthy diet is very important for everybody. Breakfast is the most important meal in a day. Keep off germs(病菌). Daily tooth cleaning reduces the amount of germs which will spread diseases. Germs in the mouth arc likely to enter the blood and cause illness, even heart disease. Even if you're not sick, always remember to cough or into your arms instead of your hands because hands can spread germs to others when you touch something else. Besides, washing hands is necessary after going to the toilet or before having a meal. And you'd better rub both hands while washing them.
Exercise regularly. Regular exercise can improve your moods and balance. What's more, it's good for bones. There are many forms of exercise: walking or running for about 30 minutes a day playing ball games twice or three times a week, swimming or dancing often. You can choose your favorite to practise regularly. You will not only feel energetic but also think better after doing exercise.
Stay connected. Having regular communication with friends is the key to reducing stress. And sharing happiness and sadness, exchanging information with others can also help improve memory. Having a friend or a circle of friends can help you feel good.

Febri's is a very friendly place. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} We did not see one unhappy staff member (工作人员) — all have smiles on their faces. It is very clean and it has good service.
The pool is wonderful and deep and there is a baby area in it. My kids loved the elephants around the pool spraying water. We often bad lunch by the pool. You only just push the bell and the staff will bring you a menu. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} It serves the usual food with little change each day.
Lots of visitors stay here because it's a very good family hotel. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} If you have young kids, I advise you to ask a ground floor rooms, because stairs are too hard for young kids. These rooms are at the back of the hotel, so there is no street noise. It's very quiet. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} I slept with 3 pillows (枕头) under me. The spa is quite relaxing! The location is good. Everything is close by, and the street is not one way here. Next to the hotel door there is a good DVD shop, and you can rent DVD at a good price from it. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} It's a $1 taxi ride to Kuta Market. If you want to go to the beach, you can walk through the hotel opposite to Febri's to get to Tuban Beach.
