    My teachers thought I couldn't study well. My family also had {#blank#}1{#/blank#}same thought as my teachers.

    When I was going to give {#blank#}2{#/blank#} my study, a new teacher, Miss White came to our school. She was young,{#blank#}3{#/blank#}(beauty)and knowledgeable.

One day, I was sitting alone in my classroom, Miss White came up to me and talked to me happily. Soon her smile drove away my unhappiness. “Do you think I can go to college?” I didn't know why I {#blank#}4{#/blank#}( ask )such a question. I thought she must say “no”,  {#blank#}5{#/blank#}everyone else said so. But she said, “Dear, you can do{#blank#}6{#/blank#}(something) you want. Just try, and you'll get closer to success. I believe you are the best!”

    I was touched(感动) _{#blank#}7{#/blank#}(deep)by her words. I decided to study hard. From then on, we became good  {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(friend). She often helped me with my study in her free time. In the end ,I did well in my studies and went to a good college. Miss White is an angel. Her words have kept me {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(go) forward. She helped me to see that I am special and can be {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(success) in life.

    As we all know, the Moon is the moon of Earth, and it goes around the earth. Scientists have already {#blank#}1{#/blank#} a lot about it, but they've always wanted to know more about it. And they decided to send {#blank#}2{#/blank#} to the Moon. They think it's the {#blank#}3{#/blank#} way to learn more about the moon.

    But {#blank#}4{#/blank#} do the astronauts get to the moon? The moon is about 384,000 kilometres away from the earth. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} can't take a plane to the Moon. But something can fly even {#blank#}6{#/blank#} there is no air. That is a manned spacecraft (载人宇宙飞船). Several astronauts have been to the Moon in the manned spacecraft. It is said that so far more than ten astronauts have {#blank#}7{#/blank#} to the Moon in the manned spacecraft and returned successfully.

    Scientists have always asked the questions: {#blank#}8{#/blank#} so many stars in the universe, are we alone, or is there life out there in space: Have there been visitors to the earth from other planets? Why has no one {#blank#}9{#/blank#} with us? We do not know the {#blank#}10{#/blank#}yet. But some scientists believe that they will find out the fact someday.

    A camp called Camp Cooper with over 20 years experience in the camp field, is now a very famous and popular camp in the UK. More and more kids are interested in taking part in this camp during their summer or winter holidays. Here is some information about this camp.

    Camp Cooper is named after a dog called Cooper because the dog also loves camp - there's nothing he loves more than hanging out with campers.

    Camp Cooper makes the parents believe that sending their children to Camp Cooper is sending them to a place where the children will be taken good care of and the kids won't feel lonely at all there.

    Activities are carefully split(分成) into three kinds. The reason they do this is to give campers the chance to focus their time on activities they are interested in. They plan to create the perfect balance for campers to try new activities and develop their skills.

    Creating and developing friendships are the most important part of Camp Cooper. It's believed that creating connections with different people is very important for development, confidence and well-being. People feel the happiest when they are connected to others and the workers here work hard to make sure that everyone is included and feels part of the Camp community.

    Camp Cooper gives students confidence to speak and learn English. The workers also work with each of the students to help the campers become a more confident English speaker.

    It's said that the kids who take part in this camp will go home more confidently and be more willing to try new things.
