In America, science is a very important class. In middle school we were how to solve problems by thinking like a . We had to think of a question, guess an answer, and a way to test our guess. There were lots of experiments and other activities. I remember studying how science can explain things like light and electricity.
Our English class is very different from in China, more like Chinese class I think! We read lots of books and talked about them, we could understand what we read better. We learned how to know what information is important when we read and what so important. In my class we all gave six to the class during the year. We had to talk in front of the class for six ten minutes!
We also have health classes. In this class, we learned about our bodies and how to take care of by doing things like eating healthy foods, and not doing things like smoking or drugs (毒品). We cooked a little bit, but I was not very good at it!

In China, you can travel to all corners of this big country by bus or train. It's surprising what China has done in the past ten {#blank#}1{#/blank#} in terms of train travel--it now has the {#blank#}2{#/blank#}high - speed railway network in{#blank#}3{#/blank#}world. The high - speed trains are great, and a {#blank#}4{#/blank#} train journey in China is a great way to see the country.

As a student, I love traveling {#blank#}6{#/blank#}my parents, from big cities to seaside hot spots, to holy mountains, to national parks, to historical sites and to{#blank#}7{#/blank#}villages far away. Getting out of your comfortable home here to some unknown places is a good{#blank#}8{#/blank#} as well. And you can eat local food, and {#blank#}9{#/blank#} reach the heart of the country.
