two apples,

cut up 4-6 ginger slices (姜片)

green onions, cut into pieces

One red tomato, cut into 8 pierces,

Oil, salt

Steps:

First, Remove the bones from the fish.

Next, Put oil into a pan. Fry the ginger slices and the green onions.Add the fish bones and oil.

Then, Add enough water and boil it .

Finally, Add the apples, the fish and the tomato.When the apples go soft, add some salt
